摘要: The invention relates to the evaluation of the perception of colors by mammals with a view to obtaining a characteristic biomarker of each tested subject. It takes advantage of the slow pupillary oscillatory response to generate an objective neurological signature of this perception of colors. A method based on pupil frequency tagging is used at a tagging frequency Ftag adapted to the pupil response speed. A dynamic two-color stimulus is displayed, this stimulus comprising a two-color pattern the colors of which are inverted at the frequency Ftag, one of the colors gradually varying in a range of possible values. From the pupillary response, a signal representative of the oscillation power of the pupil is generated. The minimum of this signal corresponds to the relative iso-luminance of the tested pair of colors.

摘要: A method for generating an indicator or biomarker of colour perception in a mammalian subject, where the method may include submitting the mammalian subject to a multicoloured dynamic stimulus comprising displaying, on a display device. The method may include controlling a change over time of at least one of the two colours of the multicolour pattern when displaying the dynamic multicolour stimulus, to vary the displayed luminance of this colour (usually several times). The method may include acquiring, by using an image acquisition device, an oscillatory response of a pupil of the mammalian subject. The method may include generating, from the acquired response, a signal representative of the power of the pupil's oscillatory response as a function of the change over time of at least one of the two colours when displaying the dynamic multicoloured stimulus.

摘要: The invention relates to methods of diagnosis or detection of Moissiacense virus, a novel orthobunyavirus causing human encephalitis, comprising determining the presence of at least one nucleic acid or protein of said virus or antibodies thereto, in a biological sample. The invention also relates to the various diagnostic agents derived from the viral nucleic acids or proteins, in articular nucleic acid primers and probes, antigens and antibodies, and their use for the diagnosis of Moissiacense virus infection and associated disease, in particular encephalitis. 摘要: The present invention improves the quality of the magnitude and phase images produced in medical imaging, in particular in the case of multi-antenna MRI. The invention proposes to generate (28) such an image (I) by summing the complex image data (pj,{tilde over (p)}j) obtained from different antennas by weighting these data using only the diagonal elements (Rj,j) of an antenna noise covariance matrix or its inverse or pseudo-inverse matrix (Rj,j−1). A reference antenna (Ref) may be determined (24), so as to be able to replace (26), in each of these datum, a phase component specific to the acquisition antenna by a reference phase component. The reference antenna is preferably a virtual antenna formed by linear combination of the antennas of the MRI system. If significant improvements are obtained in the phase image resulting from the summation, a very clear gain is also surprisingly obtained in the magnitude image.
