Abstract: A roller bearing (needle roller bearing) of the cage-and-roller type for a planetary gear mechanism includes a plurality of rollers (needle rollers), and a cage positioning and holding these rollers, and an outside diameter surface of the cage is guided by a bore diameter surface of a planetary gear. An outside diameter dimension of the cage is set to a value which is not smaller than 95% and not larger than 97% of an inner diameter dimension of the planetary gear.
