    摘要： A production process of an organic fiber-containing polyolefin resin composition includes the step of mixing in a rotary impeller-carrying mixer (1) more than 10 parts by weight to less than 90 parts by weight of an organic fiber, with (2) more than 10 parts by weight to less than 90 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin containing (a) 50 to 100% by weight of polyolefin resin powders passing through a sieve having 2 mm openings, and (b) 0 to 50% by weight of polyolefin resin pellets not passing through a sieve having 2 mm openings and passing through a sieve having 4.75 mm openings.

The invention relates to a resin composition including 45% by mass to 60% by mass of a thermoplastic resin (A), 20% by mass to 40% by mass of carbon fibers (B), and 10% by mass to 35% by mass of graphite particles (C) having an average particle diameter of larger than 12 μm and up to 50 μm, wherein the total content of the carbon fibers (B) and graphite particles (C) is 40% by mass to 55% by mass, the melt flow rate of the resin composition measured at 230° C. under a load of 2.16 kg in accordance with JIS K7210 is 3 g/10 minutes to 30 g/10 minutes.

    摘要： In a vehicle ceiling structure, a long reinforcing rib is attached to a ceiling member of the vehicle, the rib being made of a resin having a different coefficient of thermal expansion from that of the ceiling member. The reinforcing rib comprises a plurality of segmented ribs that are divided by a gap in a longitudinal direction. One segmented rib of adjoining segmented ribs and is formed, in upper and lower parts of a front end portion thereof, with an upper protrusion and a lower protrusion protruding in the longitudinal direction. One segmented rib and the other segmented rib fit with each other such that a lower face of the upper protrusion and an upper face of the lower protrusion of the one segmented rib respectively face a rear end portion of the other segmented rib in an up and down direction.
