摘要： A table saw includes a worktable turnable relative to a mounting frame, a support seat journalled on bearing members of the mounting frame and slidable relative thereto along a sliding path, and a saw blade rotated with a blade shaft driven by a motor. A spindle is rotatably mounted to the support seat and is coupled to the blade shaft so as to move the blade shaft when rotated, thereby adjusting height of the saw blade relative to the worktable. An inclination adjusting member is disposed to actuate the support seat to move along the sliding path so as to change an angular position of the saw blade relative to the worktable.

摘要： A wood planing machine includes a support carriage movably mounted on a mounting frame for supporting a cutting shaft. A motor housing and a shaving collecting member are mounted on the carriage. The collecting member defines a shaving passageway in the vicinity of the cutting shaft and in fluid communication with an air conduit such that an air stream introduced from the motor housing can entrain wood shavings collected in the collecting member. A blower mechanism includes a drive shaft coupled to and driven by the cutting shaft for rotating an impeller for drawing wood shavings from the collecting member into the blowing mechanism and out of a discharge member.

摘要： A scroll saw includes a work platform, a C-shaped frame, a blade unit, a blade holder unit, a motor unit, a transmission unit, a pivot unit, and a locking unit. The C-shaped frame has upper and lower frame portions disposed above and below a top side of the work platform. The blade unit has blade ends retained on the blade holder unit. The motor unit drives the blade holder unit via the transmission unit for moving the blade unit to reciprocate relative to the work platform. The pivot unit mounts pivotally the C-shaped frame on the work platform about a pivot axis in the longitudinal direction, thereby permitting sawing angle adjustment. The locking unit locks releasable the C-shaped frame to the work platform so as to arrest pivoting movement of the C-shaped frame relative to the work platform.

A fine adjusting unit includes a mounting wall mounted on the left end, and a rod member having a first rod section mounted rotatably on the mounting wall, and a second rod section extending eccentrically from the first rod section and received fittingly in an engaging hole in the left thread member such that rotation of the first rod section results in vertical fine movement of the left thread member relative to the left screw rod.

A rod unit is mounted on the machine body, and is operably associated with the bed such that rotation of the rod unit results in movement of the bed within the machine body. A slide element is disposed slidably on the rod unit, and carries first and second bevel gears thereon. A toothed driving wheel is disposed adjacent to the slide element. The bevel gears are coupled to the rod unit for co-rotation therewith. The slide element is movable on the rod unit to a first position, where the first bevel gear meshes with and is driven by the driving wheel to permit the rod unit to rotate in a first direction, and to a second position, where the second bevel gear meshes with and is driven by the driving wheel to permit the rod unit to rotate in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction.

摘要： A wood planing machine includes a machine housing with two upright side walls, and a cutter unit mounted between the side walls to extend in a transverse direction. A workpiece support bed is movably disposed in the machine housing between the side walls and below the cutter unit. The bed is movable uprightly relative to the cutter unit so as to define a workpiece passage therebetween. A holding seat is suspended in the machine housing below the bed and between the side walls. The holding seat includes a tubular body formed with an upright passage therethrough, and a radial pinion-mounting hole in communication with the passage. A height adjustment mechanism includes an upright coupling member secured to a bottom side of the bed, and a vertical rack that extends between upper and lower ends of the coupling member. The coupling member extends slidably through the passage of the holding seat. A drive shaft has a first coupling end mounted rotatably on the tubular body and extending across the pinion-mounting hole. A turning wheel unit is mounted on the machine housing and is coupled to a second coupling end of the drive shaft. A pinion is disposed in the pinion-mounting hole and is fixed on the first coupling end of the drive shaft for meshing with the vertical rack.

摘要： A wood planing machine includes a carriage having four corners mounted on a base via four hollow posts. Four screw rods are disposed rotatably in the posts. Four tubular threaded members are secured to the corners of the carriage, and are disposed within the posts, respectively. Each of the threaded members defines a threaded bore for engaging the respective screw rod, and has an internally threaded portion, and a circumferential slot formed through the internally threaded portion to divide the same into upper and lower parts. The upper part has a bottom surface confining a top end of the slot. The lower part is formed with a threaded bore therethrough. A locking bolt engages the threaded bore in the lower part, and presses against the bottom surface of the upper part such that threads on the upper parts press upwardly against the screw rods and that threads on the lower parts press downwardly against the screw rods.
