    摘要： The present invention discloses a stable wood planning assembly that can press and limit the wood veneer effectively to prevent the sharking during a planning operation. The assembly includes a pair of knife shafts having a base and a plurality of grooves disposed equidistantly from each other that the grooves of the two knife shafts are disposed alternately with each other. And the base includes a set of material pressing shoes installed axially and corresponds to a groove of the knife shaft, and the material pressing shoes has a curved surface corresponding to the groove of the knife shaft groove, at the rear end of the shoes has a spring that is used to stably press the wood veneer, and at both lateral sides of the shoes have a curvature bit guide plate which corresponds to the external diameter of the knife shaft, and a dust-collecting equipment attached.

    摘要： A combination planer/moulder having means to raise, lower and lock a cutting member at a desired position is provided. The device includes a platform onto which a table for holding materials and an adjustment system are attached. The adjustment system includes at least one column having a rectilinear wall. A cutterhead is provided, having cooperative openings and a locking means, such that it may move along the at least one column of the adjustment system and locked in place. The rectilinear wall of the column cooperates with a similarly shaped opening in the cutterhead, such that by pressing the rectilinear shaped side of the opening against the rectilinear wall of the column the cutterhead may be fixed in desirable positions to permit work on materials and released for adjustment. The device includes a window such that the placement of the cutting knives on the materials can be viewed and debris can be seen and removed therefrom.

    摘要： An improved planing machine for performing an operation on the surface of wooden planks or boards is provided. The planing machine includes a base, at least two support columns disposed on the base, and a carriage assembly carrying a cutterhead. The carriage assembly may be mounted on the support columns. At least one of the base and the carriage assembly is movable vertically towards the other of the base and the carriage assembly. In an exemplary embodiment, the planing machine includes a depth stop adjustment mechanism which allows the operator to accurately select a minimum workpiece depth from one or more predetermined depths. In another exemplary embodiment. The planing machine includes a dust exhaust channel for removing dust and wood chips/shaving generated during the planing operation.

    摘要： A locking device for a plane machine includes a handle, an actuating rod, two side bases, an urging block respectively provided at two sides of each side base. The actuating rod is urged by a spring to bias a bit to one side of a machine base of a plane machine when the locking device is in a normal not-locking positions with the handle being in a not-pushed position, and the machine base is not locked with four posts of the plane machine. When the handle is pressed inward to a locking position, the actuating rod is moved to force the two side bases move nearer the center of the machine base, forcing the four urging blocks to tightly pushing the four posts to lock the machine base at an adjusted position after the machine base is adjusted to a needed height by means of a rotating button and a threaded rod.

    摘要： A worktable-elevating device for a planer is assembled on a worktable, including a base body provided with an input gear unit, two output gear units; a control rod, two elastic compressing units, and a worm holder. The input gear unit is driven by a motor installed on the worktable to rotate and actuate the two output gear units to rotate reversely. The control rod is pulled upward or downward to make the worm holder mesh with one of the two output gear units. As the worm holder and the planing table are screwed on the worm of the base body; therefore when the worm holder is driven to move upward or downward, the worktable will synchronously be moved up or down quickly. When the control rod is released and automatically recovers its original position by the elastic compressing units, the worktable will stop moving up and down.
