    摘要: Object: To provide fluororubber compositions and crosslinked fluororubber products that are suitable for use as rotary shaft seals, in which each of the initial characteristics, i.e., torque reduction (reduced friction) and sealing properties attributed to reduced oil leakage (oil pump rate when the seal member slides), can be improved, and degradation of these characteristics can be inhibited even after frictional abrasion.Solution Means: A fluororubber composition obtained by blending a polyol crosslinking agent into a fluororubber polymer including 70 to 90 wt % of a polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber polymer (A) and 30 to 10 wt % of a peroxide-crosslinkable fluororubber polymer (B); and a fluororubber composition obtained by blending a polyol crosslinking agent and a peroxide crosslinking agent into a fluororubber polymer including 40 to 90 wt % of a polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber polymer (A) and 60 to 10 wt % of a peroxide-crosslinkable fluororubber polymer (B).

    摘要: An ethylene-alkyl acrylate copolymer rubber composition, which comprises 100 parts by weight of ethylene-alkyl acrylate copolymer rubber having an amine vulcanizable group, 0-60 parts by weight of EPDM, 5-40 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 0.5-4 parts by weight of an organic peroxide cross-linking agent, 0.5-4 parts by weight of an amine-based cross-linking agent, and preferably 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a sulfur compound. Oil extended EPDM can be used in place of EPDM or EPDM and the plasticizer. Use of 1-30 parts by weight of α-olefin oligomer together with 5-50 parts by weight of EPDM can improve the processability (non-adhesion of product itself to a mold or prevention of bleed occurrence).
