摘要: Provided is a production method for a layered product in which a metal film can be formed on the surface of a polyarylene sulfide (PAS) molded article with a high adhesive force by a simple step. Further, provided are: a polyarylene sulfide resin composition and a molded article that can be used in the layered product in which a metal film can be formed on the surface of the PAS molded article with a high adhesive force by a simpler step; and production methods therefor. More specifically, provided are: a polyarylene sulfide resin composition obtained by blending a polyarylene sulfide resin, a thermoplastic elastomer and/or a hydrolyzable thermoplastic resin, a carbonate, and a polyolefin-based wax; a molded article which is obtained by melt-molding the polyarylene sulfide resin composition and in which the surface is roughened; a layered product having a metal plating layer; and production methods therefor.

Maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene may further be included in an amount of 0.5 parts by mass or more and 3.0 parts by mass or less.

摘要: The present invention discloses a high-stiffness high-toughness fully-degradable resin composition. The composition includes the following raw material components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of PBAT; 10-30 parts of PLA; 5-15 parts of a calcium carbonate whisker; 0.3-0.6 parts of a high molecular weight chain extension compatilizer; 0.01-0.1 parts of a coupling agent; and other processing aids. A preparation method includes: treating a calcium carbonate whisker with a coupling agent, then mixing same with PBAT followed by extrusion and granulation by using a double-screw extruder to obtain a calcium carbonate whisker masterbatch; and then premixing the calcium carbonate whisker masterbatch, PLA, a high molecular weight chain extension compatilizer and an auxiliary agent, followed by melt extrusion and granulation to obtain a high-stiffness high-toughness fully-degradable PBAT/PLA resin composition.

摘要: A disclosed adhesive contains non-functionalized lignin and natural rubber latex in an aqueous medium having pH ≥9. The aqueous medium may further include 0.1% to 3% by mass of at least one alkali selected from the group comprising ammonium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium hydroxides, and a salt such as sodium bicarbonate. A mass fraction of lignin may be between 0.1 and 20%, and the adhesive may include cellulose particulate material having sizes in a range between 5 μm and 5 nm, and/or fibrillated cellulose, and/or crystalline cellulose. The cellulose may have a dry mass fraction between 0.05 and 5%. A method of manufacturing may include forming a mixture by adding solid, non-functionalized lignin to a colloidal dispersion of natural rubber latex in an aqueous medium having pH ≥9, and stirring the mixture for a period of 10 to 20 minutes at room temperature and pressure.

摘要: A composition is provided that includes aliphatic urethane acrylate; a multifunctional crosslinking agent; photoinitiator; a chemical initiator system of a peroxide or azo group containing catalyst, and a cure promoter; and a particulate filler. The composition is amenable to rapid cure to a sandable condition as compared to conventional products. By adjusting the amount of particulate filler present, a product is provided that operates as a primer, a putty, or a filler. A method of vehicle body repair includes the application of an uncured layer of the composition to the vehicle body. The uncured layer is exposed to UV radiation to induce cure of the uncured layer to form a coating in a time of between 2 and 20 minutes even with an ultraviolet wavelength emitting light emitting diode (UV LED).
