    摘要: An electrically conductive metal tape for manufacturing electrical contact components, in particular plug connectors, having a base material made of a copper alloy having nickel proportions between 1.0 and 4.0% by weight, silicon proportions of 0.08 to 1.0% by weight, tin proportions between 0.02 and 1.0% by weight, zinc proportions of 0.01 to 2.0% by weight, zirconium proportions of 0.005 to 0.2% by weight and silver proportions between 0.02 to 0.5% by weight, the coating consisting of a tin-silver alloy having a silver proportion between 1.0 and 3.8% by weight. Particularly positive properties are displayed by a metal tape whose base material is made of a copper alloy having proportions of nickel between 1.4 and 1.7% by weight, silicon from 0.2 to 0.35% by weight, tin between 0.02 and 0.3% by weight, as well as zinc from 0.01 to 0.3% by weight.

    摘要: An age-hardening copper alloy made of—as expressed in each case in weight %—0.4% to a maximum of 2% cobalt which is partially replaceable by nickel, 0.1% through 0.5% beryllium, optionally 0.03% through 0.5% zirconium, 0.005% through 0.1% magnesium and possibly a maximum of 0.15% of at least one element from the group including niobium, manganese, tantalum, vanadium, titanium, chromium, cerium and hafnium. The remainder is copper inclusive of production-conditioned impurities and usual processing additives. This copper alloy is used as the material for producing casting molds, in particular for the sleeves of continuous casting rolls as components of a two-roll casting installation.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for the production of castings made of a copper alloy comprising silicon, nickel, chromium, and zirconium, and also inter-metal primary phases, wherein an ingot is drawn by means of hot forming in only one direction at a ratio of at least 4:1, wherein a casting surface of a casting produced from the drawn ingot, said surface coming into contact with a metal melt, is substantially selected perpendicular to the drawing direction of the ingot. A casting produced in this manner is characterized by high wear resistance and increased service life, particularly when used as a block of a side bank of a double strip casting system.
