摘要: A method for quantifying viscoelasticity of a medium includes: obtaining a position-time graph of vibration propagation after the medium is subjected to a vibration excitation, determining an angle with maximum signal energy in the position-time graph by using angle projection, where the angle with the maximum signal energy corresponds to a slope of the position-time graph and the slope of the position-time graph is the propagation velocity of the vibration in the medium. Since the propagation velocity of the vibration in the medium is related to the viscoelasticity of the medium, a viscoelasticity parameter of the medium can be quantitatively calculated after the slope of the position-time graph is obtained. The method does not need to select a feature point from the position-time graph to calculate the slope of the position-time graph, and can efficiently and accurately quantifies viscoelasticity of the medium.

摘要: A method and device for detecting tissue fibrosis. The method includes: determining whether there is a possibility for tissue inflammation; and when there is a possibility for tissue inflammation, monitoring tissue stiffness or a parameter reflecting tissue stiffness during a treatment of the tissue inflammation to determine whether the tissue inflammation has been eliminated; when the tissue inflammation has been eliminated or there is no possibility for tissue inflammation, obtaining a degree of tissue fibrosis or information related to the degree of tissue fibrosis according to tissue stiffness or a parameter reflecting tissue stiffness. The embodiments enable the tracking of the tissue stiffness during the treatment of tissue inflammation to determine whether tissue inflammation has been eliminated or not, and since tissue stiffness can be detected by a non-invasive quantitative detection technique of tissue elastic modulus, avoiding defects caused by tissue biopsy.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of medical image processing and, in particular, to a liver boundary identification method and a system. The method includes: obtaining liver tissue information of a liver tissue to be identified; identifying a liver tissue boundary in the liver tissue information according to a feature of the liver tissue corresponding to the liver tissue information and a feature of the liver tissue boundary corresponding to the liver tissue information using an image processing technology or a signal processing technology; and outputting position information of the identified liver tissue boundary. By using the disclosed method, the liver tissue boundary can be identified automatically, the efficiency of identifying the liver boundary can be improved, and automatic positioning of the liver boundary can thus be achieved.

摘要: An elasticity detecting probe comprises a probe body (1) and a control switch (3) for controlling on/off of the probe body (1), where the probe body (1) and the control switch (3) are separately arranged and the probe body (1) and the control switch (3) are coupled to each other electrically or wirelessly. The separate arrangement of the probe body (1) and the control switch (3), allows that an operator can operate the control switch (3) to turn on/off the probe body (1) by using other body parts rather than the two hands, thereby preventing the offset of the probe body (1) while turning on the control switch (3), and improving the detection accuracy.
