Abstract: The present invention relates to composite powder having enhanced skin adhesiveness, since the surface of inorganic powder contained in a cosmetic material is evenly covered with a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer, a cosmetic composition containing same, and a method for preparing same. A cosmetic material having the composite powder according to the present invention shows adhesiveness resulting from a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer, thereby having excellent skin adhesiveness, enhanced coverage and lasting power due to same, excellent oil dispersibility and spreadability when applied on the skin, and bringing light and refreshing feeling when used.
