Each cache server configured to receive a request from a personal content server to register with the content delivery network, receive a request from a mobile capture device to establish communication with the personal content server, and establish a communication path through the overlay network between the mobile capture device and the personal content server. Each cache server is further configured to transfer content from the mobile capture device along the communication path to the personal content server.
