The invention relates to a receiving sleeve for a piezoelectric actuator, in particular for a piezoelectric actuator for driving an injector of an injection system in an internal combustion engine. Said sleeve comprises a first sleeve part (1) and a second sleeve part (2), the first sleeve part (1) being connected to the second sleeve part (2) when the sleeve is assembled. In addition, the inventive receiving sleeve comprises an anti-rotation element (6, 8) for maintaining a predefined angular position between the first sleeve part (1) and the second sleeve part (2).

摘要:
A production method for a contact mat for electrical contacting of an actuator uses a contact mat roll including (a) a plurality of terminal posts spaced apart from each other and extending in a first direction and (b) a plurality of electrically-conductive wires extending parallel to each other in a second, perpendicular direction, such that each wire extends across the terminal posts. The method includes unwinding the contact mat roll; connecting the wires to a metallization strip of an actuator; separating the wires at a location between adjacent terminal posts in the mat, such that a contact mat, including a single terminal post and the wires extending from the metallization strip to the terminal post, is connected to the actuator; and winding a free end of the contact mat including the terminal post at least partially around the actuator and securing the terminal post in position.

A reception bush for a piezoelectric actuator is provided with two connection pins for electrically bonding the piezoelectric actuator, in particular for a piezoelectric actuator controlling the injector of an injection system for an internal combustion engine. The reception bush has a first (1) and a second (2) bush elements which are interconnected when the bush is mounted. The first element (1) is provided with through holes (4, 5) for the connection pins of the inventive piezoelectric actuator. The second element (2) is provided with at least one guide (12) for the connection pins.

A piezoceramic multilayer actuator (10) has a plurality of piezoceramic layers (12) and a security layer (20) disposed between two piezoceramic layers (12). The piezoceramic layers (12) have a piezoceramic first material sintered at a sintering temperature. The security layer (20) has a second material (32) and particles (30) at least partially embedded in the second material (32). The particles (30) have a third material different from the first material and different from the second material (32). An adhesion between the third material and the first material is weaker than an adhesion between the second material (32) and the first material.
摘要:
A piezoactuator has at least one piezoelectric-active partial stack with piezoceramic layers arranged one over the other with piezoceramic material and electrode layers arranged between the piezoceramic layers, at least one piezoelectric-inactive terminating region arranged over the partial stack and at least one transition region between the partial stack and the terminating region, the partial stack, the terminating region and the transition region all connected together to give a monolithic complete stack. The transition region has a transition region stack with piezoceramic layers arranged one over the other and electrode layers arranged between the piezoceramic layers both have a form and are arranged on each other such that, in the stack direction of the transition region stack, from piezoceramic layer to piezoceramic layer there is a successive rotation about a main axis of the polarity and/or a rotation of the main axis of the electric control is provided.

A piezoceramic multilayer actuator (10) has a plurality of piezoceramic layers (12), a security layer (20) and a plurality of inner electrodes (16, 18). The piezoceramic layers (12) has a piezoceramic first material sintered at a sintering temperature. The security layer (20) has a second material and is disposed between two piezoceramic layers (12). Each of the plurality of inner electrodes (16, 18) has a third material and is deposited between two piezoceramic layers (12). The degree of sintering of the second material is lower than the degree of sintering of the third material.

A piezo actuator has a stack element and at least one further stack element, wherein each of the stack elements has stacked piezoceramic layers and electrode layers arranged between the piezoceramic layers, each of the electrode layers extends to at least one of at least two lateral surface sections of the stack element which have external metallizations on them, and are connected to the electrode layers such that adjacently stacked electrode layers can have different electrical potentials applied to them indirectly via the external metallizations, the stack elements are arranged above one another to form a monolithic total stack, and connected to one another by at least one connecting layer. The following steps are provided: a) provision of the total stack and b) production of a load-relieving crack in the connecting layer. An electrical connector in the form of a wire can be fitted on the relevant external metallization regions.
