Abstract: Disclosed are a method, device and system for maintaining the continuity of a group communication service, for solving the problem in the prior art that the service continuity requirement of group communication may not be satisfied due to the switching of network service from multicast transmission to unicast transmission in an MBSFN domain. The method comprises: when determining that group communication service needs to be switched from multicast transmission to unicast transmission, a GCSE-AS notifies a terminal served by the GCSE-AS that the GCSE-AS is going to switch the group communication service from multicast transmission to unicast transmission; and after receiving a first notification message transmitted by the terminal, the GCSE-AS transmits the group communication service over a unicast carrier established by the terminal for unicast transmission, and stops transmitting the communication service in multicast mode. The terminal has already established a unicast carrier for unicast transmission before the GCSE-AS switches the group communication service from multicast transmission to unicast transmission, thus ensuring the continuity of the group communication service.

Abstract: An information transmission method and an information transmission device are provided, so as to determine redundancy versions corresponding to a plurality of consecutive subframes as an identical redundancy version, thereby to enable identical information to be transmitted within the plurality of consecutive subframes after a rate matching and enable an opposite end to perform coherent combination on the information transmitted within the plurality of consecutive subframes. The information transmission method includes steps of: determining, by a local end serving as a transmitting end, information to be repeatedly transmitted within a repetition time period containing a plurality of subframes; and determining, by the local end, a redundancy version corresponding to each subframe in the repetition time period, performing a rate matching on a bit stream acquired by encoding the information based on the redundancy version corresponding to the subframe, and transmitting the bit stream processed through the rate matching to an opposite end, where a plurality of consecutive subframes among the subframes in the repetition time period corresponds to an identical redundancy version.

Abstract: The present invention provides an MTC UE random access method and device. The method comprises: receiving indication information sent by a network side, the indication information being used for indicating at least one coverage enhancement level (CE LEVEL) and a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource corresponding thereto; selecting one CE LEVEL from a CE LEVEL of an MTC UE and the CE LEVEL indicated by the network side, and determining a PRACH resource corresponding to the CE LEVEL; and carrying out random access on the PRACH resource corresponding to the selected CE LEVEL. The present invention provides a mechanism of how to select a PRACH resource when a network side triggers an MTC UE to initiate a contention-free random access (CFRA) process.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for notifying group communication information. The method may include: exchanging, by a base station, with a further base station information about MBSFN areas to which serving cells of the base stations belong; and transmitting, by the base station, information about MBSFN areas to which neighboring cells of a current serving cell of a terminal belong, to the terminal in accordance with the neighboring cells of the current serving cell of the terminal and received information about the MBSFN area, the terminal being served by the current serving cell. According to the present disclosure, it is able to notify the group communication information on the basis of an MBMS network architecture, thereby to ensure the service continuity for the group communication.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method, system and device for transmitting data, so as to solve the problems existing in the prior art that a multicast message cannot be sent due to FACH limitation in a UMTS system, and a relatively large influence will be brought to the current system information scheduling mechanism if multicast data is issued through system information in an LTE system. The method of the embodiments of the present application comprises: a wireless access network receiving data of at least one group of user equipment from a core network, and the wireless access network transmitting data of a corresponding group to the user equipment in the group through user plane shared resource transmission. Due to this mode of adopting a shared channel to bear multicast data, the current relatively limited FACH resource in a UMTS system is thereby released, and the adoption of a shared channel can enable transfer of multicast data more rapidly and promptly. An LTE adopts a user plane to transmit multicast data, avoiding influence on the system information.
