Abstract: A paging processing method and a paging processing device are provided. The paging processing method includes: when a remote UE needs to monitor and/or receive a paging message through a paging relay, determining, by the remote UE, a relay UE corresponding to the remote UE, the relay UE being configured to monitor and/or receive the paging message transmitted by a network to the remote UE; establishing, by the remote UE, a paging relay connection with the relay UE; and after the establishment of the paging relay connection, monitoring and/or receiving, by the remote UE, the paging message forwarded by the relay UE.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a retransmission activating/deactivating method, a base station, a user equipment and a device. The method includes: determining a correspondence relationship between a bearer which is allowed for retransmission under the first base station and a bit of a preset field of media access control (MAC) control element (CE) of the first base station for activating/deactivating retransmission; where the preset field is used to indicate activation/deactivation retransmission of the bearer which is allowed for retransmission; and, when determining to activate/deactivate retransmission of the bearer which is allowed for retransmission under the first base station, populating, by the first base station, the bit, which is in the preset field of the MAC CE for activating/deactivating retransmission and corresponding to the bearer, thereby generating the MAC CE for activating/deactivating retransmission, and transmitting to the UE the generated MAC CE for activating/deactivating retransmission.

Abstract: The present invention provides an MTC UE random access method and device. The method comprises: receiving indication information sent by a network side, the indication information being used for indicating at least one coverage enhancement level (CE LEVEL) and a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource corresponding thereto; selecting one CE LEVEL from a CE LEVEL of an MTC UE and the CE LEVEL indicated by the network side, and determining a PRACH resource corresponding to the CE LEVEL; and carrying out random access on the PRACH resource corresponding to the selected CE LEVEL. The present invention provides a mechanism of how to select a PRACH resource when a network side triggers an MTC UE to initiate a contention-free random access (CFRA) process.
