Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for determining an RA-RNTI. In the present application, a base station receives a random access preamble sent by a terminal; the base station determines an RA-RNTI according to a time-frequency resource occupied by the random access preamble, wherein the time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol level; and the base station sends a random access response message, wherein the random access response message comprises downlink control information allocated, by the base station, for the terminal, and the downlink control information is scrambled using the RA-RNTI. By means of the present application, an RA-RNTI can be determined during a random access process of an NR system.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for determining a preamble sequence of a physical random access channel. The method includes in a previous stage, receiving respective preamble sub-sequences, and determining instances of time at which the respective preamble sub-sequences are detected in a detection window; in a current stage, receiving respective preamble sub-sequences, and determining instances of time at which the respective preamble sub-sequences are detected in the detection window; and determining preamble sub-sequences belonging to a same preamble sequence according to the instances of time at which the respective preamble sub-sequences are detected in the current stage, and the instances of time at which the respective preamble sub-sequences are detected in the previous stage.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a radio link monitoring method and apparatus, the method comprising: when a UE performs radio link monitoring, the UE monitors a downlink signal of a primary serving cell to obtain monitoring results; and the UE compares the monitoring results with an required synchronization threshold to determine whether the UE is in a synchronized state; the synchronization threshold is determined on the basis of preset parameters. The present invention solves the problems in the prior art of the complexity of defining RLM performance requirements, and being unable to provide the needed flexibility for supporting different specific systems by means of adjusting thresholds.

Abstract: A system information configuration method and device are provided, related to the field of communications. The method includes: determining, based on a target parameter which is predetermined, a frequency offset configuration parameter of a Remaining Minimum System Information (RMSI) Control Resource Set (CORESET) with respect to a System Synchronization Block (SSB), where the target parameter includes one or more of a channel bandwidth parameter, a Subcarrier Spacing (SCS) parameter of RMSI, an SCS parameter of SSB, a System Synchronization (SS) Raster parameter, and a RMSI CORESET bandwidth parameter; and performing a frequency offset configuration of the RMSI CORESET with respect to the SSB according to the frequency offset configuration parameter.

Abstract: A method and device for sending and receiving a preamble sequence of a physical random access channel, comprising: scrambling a preamble subsequence and then sending, the preamble subsequence being scrambled according to a cyclic shift value of a preamble subsequence sent in the previous stage; performing a descrambling operation according to a cyclic shift value of a preamble subsequence received in the previous stage during reception; and determining a preamble sub-sequence detected after descrambling as a preamble sub-sequence received in the current stage, where the received preamble sub-sequence in the current stage and the received preamble sub-sequence in the previous stage belong to the same preamble sequence.

Abstract: A signal processing method and apparatus, a device, and a computer readable storage medium are provided, which relate to the field of communication technology, to reduce collisions of physical broadcast channel (PBCH) demodulation reference signals (DMRSs). The signal processing method provided by embodiments of the present disclosure includes: generating a plurality of candidate PBCH DMRS sequences; acquiring a mapping relationship between PBCH DMRS sequences and resource element (RE) groups; and transmitting the candidate PBCH DMRS sequences by using RE groups corresponding to the candidate PBCH DMRS sequences according to the mapping relationship. Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure may reduce collisions of PBCH DMRSs.

Abstract: Disclosed are a resource configuration method and device, and a computer storage medium, for enabling configuration of a remaining minimum system information control resource set to be more flexibly when the remaining minimum system information control resource set and an associated synchronous information block occupy a same beam by means of frequency division multiplexing, so as to be applicable to more application scenarios. The resource configuration method provided by the present application comprises: determining that a remaining minimum system information control resource set and an associated synchronous information block occupy a same beam by means of frequency division multiplexing; and determining configuration parameters of the remaining minimum system information control resource set and the associated synchronous information block, wherein the configuration parameters of the remaining minimum system information control resource set associated with the synchronous information blocks in each synchronous information block burst set are the same.
