    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a data transmission method and terminal, the data transmission method comprising: a first terminal selects from a time frequency resource set of scheduling allocation SA information the time frequency resources of a first type of SA information; the first terminal sends the first type of SA information on the time frequency resources of the first type of SA information according to a first physical layer format and, on the basis of an indication of the first type of SA information, sends data associated with the first type of SA information according to a second physical layer format; the first SA information comprises time frequency resource indication information of the data associated with the first type of SA information.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a polar code encoding method and device and a polar code decoding method and device. The polar code encoding method comprises: reading a known first sequence; and for an information sequence to be encoded, combining the information sequence with the first sequence, and performing polar code encoding on the combined sequence. In the polar code encoding method provided by embodiments of the present disclosure, a known first sequence is read and polar code encoding is performed on an information sequence and the first sequence. Thus, polar code encoding on the information sequence to be encoded is implemented, and a new polar code encoding solution is provided.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an uplink data transmission method and device configured to shorten RTT in a transmission condition having a short time slot, thus reducing a user-plane latency and improving the system performance. An embodiment of the present invention provides an uplink data transmission method. The method comprises: determining, by the network side, a time slot size for data transmission, and sending, according to the time slot size, uplink scheduling signaling to a user equipment (UE); and receiving, by the network side and according to a predetermined scheduled timing, uplink data sent by the UE, wherein the time slot is a time unit having a duration smaller than 1 ms, and the predetermined scheduled timing is that when the network side employs a time slot n to send the uplink scheduling signaling, the network side receives the uplink data sent by the UE in a time slot (n+1), with 1∈L, n and 1 both being integers greater than or equal to zero, and L denoting the set of selectable values of 1.

The method comprises: determining whether there is a short transmission time interval service at a network side; and instructing whether a terminal needs to monitor a downlink control channel of the short transmission time interval according to the condition whether there is a short transmission time interval service; receiving an instruction instructing whether to monitor the downlink control channel of the short transmission time interval at the terminal side; and monitoring the downlink control channel of the short transmission time interval according to the instruction. According to the present application, a terminal having a short transmission time interval capability no longer needs to monitor a downlink control channel at each short transmission time interval, and no excessive consumption and waste of energy will be caused.
