Abstract: Disclosed are an uplink and downlink transmission resource allocation method and device. In this application, a first channel is transmitted on a specified time-frequency resource within a first channel transmitting period according to the first channel transmitting period. The first channel is at least used for notifying allocation information of an uplink transmission resource and a downlink transmission resource within the first channel transmitting period or an effective time period of the first channel, so that dynamic partitioning and notification of the uplink transmission resource and the downlink transmission resource are achieved.

Abstract: A polarized coding method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium are disclosed. In embodiments of the present invention, fragmentation policies corresponding to sequences to be coded are determined according to the lengths of the sequences to be coded and transmission rates; and corresponding segmentation polices are determined according to the to-be-coded sequences having different lengths and different transmission rates, thereby ensuring performance of an uplink control channel.

Abstract: Disclosed are channel state information feedback and data transmission method and apparatus. Data transmission is performed on the terminal on the base station side, and in the data transmission process, some or all of the precoding matrixes in the first codebooks are utilized to perform processing, over a resource allocated to a terminal, on data to be transmitted. By using the present application, preceding matrixes needed for open-loop MIMO calculation can be determined, traversing of whole space is avoided, difficulties in system design and implementation are reduced, and the system performance is improved.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communication, and particularly relates to a channel encoding method and device, for use to solve the problem that at present, there is no physical broadcast channel polar encoding method in a 5G scene. Embodiments of the present application relate to determining a polar mother code length according to transmission resources of a channel; performing polar encoding, according to the polar mother code length, on data needing to be transmitted over the channel to obtain target encoding data; processing the target encoding data according to the length of an actual bearer of the transmission resources; and determining, according to the processed target encoding data, encoding data needing to be transmitted over the channel. The embodiments of the present application achieve determining encoding data according to an actual transmission resource length of a channel, so that the processed encoding data can be ensured to be accurately transmitted over the channel.
