    摘要: The invention concerns an aqueous polymer dispersion composition comprising for 100 parts by weight of (A)+(B):(A) from 30 to 99 parts by weight of at least one dispersed polymer containing acetoacetoxy-type functional moieties, the said polymer having a glass transition temperature from 0 to 100° C.; and (B) from 1 to 70 parts by weight of a multifunctional acrylate, said aqueous composition further containing a volatile base in an amount sufficient to convert the acetoacetoxy functionalities of (A) to enamine ones. The invention does also concern a process of preparation, a coating composition comprising the said composition as a binder, its uses in industrial coatings and a dual cure process of coating.

    摘要: The invention concerns an aqueous specific silica-based nanocomposite polymer dispersion, a method for preparing same, a coating composition, in particular protective, containing said dispersion, for applications requiring high anti-corrosive, anti-abrasive and chemical resistance performances. It concerns an aqueous nanocomposite polymer dispersion obtainable by an emulsion polymerization process of at least one monomer composition in the presence of at least one aqueous silica nanoparticle dispersion, said monomer composition being added at least in one step into the reactor already containing the aqueous silica nanoparticle dispersion, said aqueous silica nanoparticle dispersion having an anionic character and being stable in a pH range between 2 to 10, and said emulsion polymerization being performed in the presence of at least one organic initiator free of any ionic group and in the absence of any monomer or cationic dispersant.

    摘要: The invention concerns an aqueous polymer dispersion, prepared from a monomer composition comprising: (A) 50 to 99.99 parts by weight of at least an acrylic or methacrylic ester derived from acrylic or methacrylic acid and an alcohol having 1 to 12 carbon atoms; (B) 0 to 40 parts by weight of at least a vinylaromatic monomer; (C) 0 to 5 parts by weight of at least a short-chain α,β-unsaturated mono- or polycarboxylic acid; (D) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of at least an ethylenically unsaturated alpha-beta monomer compound (D), comprising at least a carbonyl group having at least a hydrogen atom borne in position alpha of said carbonyl (diacetone acrylamide), for 100 parts by weight of monomers (A)+(B)+(C)+(D), 80 to 98 wt. % of monomer components having been added to a reaction medium already containing a totally or partly polymerized pre-emulsion representing 2 to 20 wt. % of the final global proportion of monomer components in the dispersion finally obtained.
