摘要: A build-up film with low dielectric loss, a preparation method therefor, and a circuit substrate structure are provided. The build-up film is prepared from raw materials including 5-10 parts by mass of monofunctional benzoxazine having indene oligomer, 40-65 parts by mass of polymerized aromatic-based maleimide, 30-50 parts by mass of allyl benzoxazine, 0.1-3 parts by mass of initiator, 250-400 parts by mass of inorganic filler, and 0.1-5 parts by mass of silane coupling agent. The build-up film has low dielectric loss and high tensile strength. Low dielectric loss enables it to be applied in the field of 5G. For example, the build-up film can be used to packaging integrated circuit substrates, which is conducive to minimizing the transmission loss.

摘要: Aspects involve a stretchable composite film including a polymer material having at least a portion of the polymer material being densified through covalently-attached fluorination molecules. In certain specific examples, fluorinated molecules are covalently attached to a surface region, in the form of a layer or film (e.g., polymer semiconductor (PSC) film of a transistor substrate) to facilitate operational stability and/or to encapsulation performance (e.g., stretchability-related performance). In certain other specific examples, the surface region and a fluorinated layer are used in a cooperative configuration to provide stability in the PSC film in one or more harsh environments characterized by one or more of humid air, and immersion of the PSC film in a bio-based fluid.

摘要: The present invention provides a photocurable composition containing an ultraviolet absorber, which has high photocurability and yields a cured material having a high cutting capacity against ultraviolet rays from the outside, a low yellow index, and colorlessness and transparency. The present invention relates to a sheet-shaped photocurable composition which includes the following components (A) to (D), and when a cured material obtained after photocuring the photocurable composition has a thickness of 150 μm, a yellow index of the cured material is 4.0 or less and a light transmittance of the cured material at a wavelength of 385 nm is 5.0% or less: a component (A): a (meth)acrylate compound, a component (B): a film forming resin, a component (C): a photoinitiator, and a component (D): an ultraviolet absorber.

摘要: A sulfonated polyphosphazene copolymer proton exchange membrane material, and a method for preparing such membrane includes a macromolecule initiator as bromo polyphosphazene is subjected to atom transfer radical polymerization with styrene, yielding a graft copolymer, which is hydrazinolyzed with hydrazine hydrate resulting in a copolymer including a hydroxyl group. The copolymer is reacted with 1,4-butane sultone to yield a sulfonated copolymer finally. The polymer is cross-linked with 2,6-di(hydroxymethyl)-4-methyl phenol (BHMP) as a cross linking agent in the presence of methyl sulfonic acid, yielding cross-linked proton exchange membrane. Such cross-linked graft copolymer membrane has high proton conductivity, low methanol hindrance, and low cost, and has ideal effect when applied in fuel cells as proton exchange membrane material.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method of preparing polymeric photoluminescent dots in water using inexpensive non-conjugated polymers. The resulting polymeric photoluminescent dots display the following properties: excellent water dispersibility, low toxicity, high adsorptivity, good photo-stability and high quantum yield. The photoluminescent properties are not influenced by aggregation-caused quenching effect. The method is amenable to scale-up and is environmentally friendly.

摘要: A graft copolymer comprising polyolefin and engineering thermoplastic components, wherein the thermoplastic component is a polymer comprising heteroatoms or heteroatom containing moieties in its backbone and phenyl or substituted phenyl groups, the polyolefin component covalently bound to the engineering thermoplastic component. The graft copolymer is the reaction product of an engineering thermoplastic having at least one phenylene in the polymer backbone, and a vinyl/vinylidene terminated polyolefin having a weight average molecular weight of at least 300 g/mole, wherein the vinyl/vinylidene terminated polyolefin is selected from polyethylenes, polypropylenes, ethylene-propylene copolymers, polyisobutylenes, polydienes, propylene-based elastomers, ethylene-based plastomers, and combinations thereof.

摘要: The present invention is directed to catalytic compositions and to curable compositions containing them. Catalytic compositions of the present invention typically comprise: (i) a reactive compound comprising at least one group selected from acid-functional groups and/or groups that may be converted to acid-functional groups; (ii) a metal compound; and (iii) a compound different from (i) and (ii) that catalyzes an addition reaction between an ethylenically unsaturated compound and a thiol. Curable compositions according to the present invention comprise: (a) a polyene, (b) a polythiol, and (c) the afore-mentioned catalytic composition.
