    Abstract: A method and a device for transmitting downlink reception beam training signals are provided. The method at the second device side includes: receiving a downlink reception beam training trigger notification message sent by a first device; receiving downlink reception beam training signals sent by the first device, based on the downlink reception beam training trigger notification message; and performing a downlink reception beam training based on the downlink reception beam training signals. The method at the first device side includes: sending a downlink reception beam training trigger notification message to a second device when determining that a downlink reception beam training is to be performed for the second device, and sending downlink reception beam training signals to the second device after the downlink reception beam training trigger notification message is sent to the second device.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method and device. The method comprises: a sending end sending at least one synchronization signal (SI), with the SI carrying a first identifier; and at a time-frequency location of system information corresponding to the SI, sending the system information, the system information carrying information for indicating a second identifier, and identification information about the sending end comprising the first identifier and the second identifier. According to a mapping relationship between an SI and a first identifier, a receiving end can obtain the first identifier after detecting the SI; and by means of carrying information for indicating a second identifier in system information, the receiving end can obtain the second identifier after detecting the system information, so that the receiving end can obtain all the identification information about the sending end according to the first identifier and the second identifier.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for determining and assisting in determining a back-up frequency in a cognitive radio system. A first cognitive system shares the wireless communication spectrum resources of an incumbent system, and the method thereof for determining a back-up frequency comprises: through a terminal, a first cognitive system obtaining a back-up frequency of a second cognitive system which has overlapping coverage in a target area in an overlapping coverage area; and according to the back-up frequency of the second cognitive system in the overlapping coverage area, selecting from the wireless communication spectrum resources at least one frequency as a back-up frequency in the target area. When determining the back-up frequency, the first cognitive system can refer to the back-up frequency of the second cognitive system to conduct determination, thereby optimizing the system performance.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method and device.     Abstract: Various examples of the present disclosure describe a method for configuring a quiet period in a CR system and a device thereof. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a maximum value of a quiet period parameter of a CR system based on maximum duration of interference which a radio authorization system tolerates and maximum loss of capacity which the CR system tolerates; determining a sensing algorithm based on a detecting performance requirement and the maximum value of the quiet period parameter; determining a value of the quiet period parameter based on the sensing algorithm; and sending the quiet period parameter to a terminal of the CR system. When the examples of the present disclosure are employed, the rationality of the configuration of the quiet period parameter of the CR system is improved and the capacity loss of the CR system is reduced when the interference to the authorization system is reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dynamic spectrum allocation method and a dynamic spectrum allocation device. In the method, a centralized node performs spectrum allocation and transmits a spectrum allocation result to each communication node, so that the communication node operates at a corresponding spectrum resource in accordance with the spectrum allocation result and performs statistics of communication quality measurement information. The centralized node receives the communication quality measurement information reported by the communication node, and determines whether or not it is required to trigger the spectrum re-allocation for the communication node in accordance with the communication quality measurement information about the communication node.
