Abstract: A system and method for provisioning devices on respective LTE or 5G network cores using a hierarchical provisioning connector. Maintained by a connectivity management platform, a hierarchical provisioning connector serving as an extension of a single provisioning connector of the customer account, such that the hierarchical provisioning connector may contain an array of single provisioning connectors. A rule processor that is utilized by the hierarchical provisioning connector to classify devices by access technology. Each configured rule may take one or more unique device identifiers as input and return a reference to exactly one configured single provisioning connector.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for managing mobile devices, such as cellular telephones, tablets, and laptop computers, deployed on different operator networks, such as cellular networks, permissioned Wi-Fi networks, LANs, and WANs. The techniques include receiving, at an interface module, a request identifying a mobile device and one of a plurality of operator networks associated with the device. The request manages the mobile device by initiating a change in a configuration state of the device on the associated operator network. The techniques further include selecting one of a plurality of adapter modules each configured to communicate with a particular one of the plurality of operator networks based on the request. The techniques also include bridging, using the selected adapter module, communication between the interface module and the operator network associated with the mobile device, such as transmitting the request to the network and subsequently receiving a response from the network.

Abstract: A method is provided comprising storing, in a first subscriber data server, subscriber data for each of a plurality of wireless devices, the subscriber data enabling wireless communication services for the plurality of wireless devices in a wireless network; determining to migrate the subscriber data from the first subscriber data server to a second subscriber data server; upon determining to migrate the subscriber data, initiating a migration process for the subscriber data from the first subscriber data server to a second subscriber data server by copying the subscriber data from the first subscriber data server to the second subscriber data server; and while copying and one or more new wireless devices are being provisioned for the wireless communication services in the wireless network, adding new subscriber data for the one or more new wireless devices to both the first subscriber data server and to the second subscriber data server.
