Abstract: A seat air-conditioner is applied for a seat on which an occupant is seated. The seat air-conditioner includes a blower configured to suck air through a supporting surface of the seat that supports the occupant, and an introducing passage through which the air is introduced from the supporting surface to the blower. The seat includes a seat cushion supporting a lower body of the occupant and a seat back supporting an upper body of the occupant. The blower is disposed in the seat back such that airflow generated by the blower flows more through the seat back than through the seat cushion.

Abstract: A seat air conditioner includes an air passage that is disposed in a seat of the vehicle, a blower that blows air into the air passage, an outlet through which the air flowing through the air passage is blown as a blown air toward a rear side of a vehicle interior along an upper surface of the seat, and a guide member that is disposed behind the outlet to be moveable between a first position and a second position. The guide member allows the blown air from the outlet to flow toward the rear side of the vehicle interior together with a surrounding air entangled by the blown air when the guide member is at the first position and guides the blown air from the outlet toward a ceiling side or a floor side of the vehicle interior when the guide member is at the second position. The guide member is retracted into a housing space defined in the seat when the guide member is at the first position. At least a portion of the guide member protrudes upward from the upper surface of the seat when the guide member is at the second position.

The seat includes a seatback configured to support a back of the passenger. The seatback has linear lateral hanging portions extending in a width direction of the vehicle. The radiant heater is disposed above the most upper one of the plurality of liner lateral hanging portions in a vertical direction of the vehicle.

Abstract: A seat air-conditioner includes an inlet portion, a blower, and a door device. The inlet portion is disposed inside a seat and defines a first inlet and a second inlet. The blower is disposed inside the seat. The door device is configured to be moved to open the first inlet while closing the second inlet and to close the first inlet while opening the second inlet. The first inlet is arranged such that an air drawn into the seat through a passenger supporting portion of the seat is drawn into the blower through the first inlet. The second inlet is arranged such that an air drawn into the seat through a portion of the seat other than the passenger supporting portion is more likely to be drawn into the second inlet than into the first inlet.

Abstract: A seat air-conditioning device is applied to a seat and includes a cushion material, an outer cover, a ventilation hole and a surface groove. The cushion material supports a back or buttocks of an occupant seated on the seat. The outer cover covers the cushion material and has perforation holes. The ventilation hole is formed at a portion of the cushion material opposed to the back or the buttocks of the occupant seated on the seat. The ventilation hole is configured to suction or blow air. The surface groove is formed at a portion of the cushion material which is adjacent to the outer cover. The surface groove is communicated with the ventilation hole and extends from the ventilation hole in a direction away from a location of the cushion material, at which a center of the back or a center of the buttocks of the occupant is placed.

Abstract: A seat air conditioner includes a blower and a seat back. The seat back includes: a cover, which is air-permeable, and a back pad having a plurality of ventilation holes through which an air flow generated by the blower passes. A ventilation passage is connected to the plurality of ventilation holes. When a part of the seat back exposed to a person is evenly divided into a first back portion, a second back portion, a third back portion, a fourth back portion, a fifth back portion and a sixth back portion in this order from a lower side, the back pad has a thoracic spine corresponding portion corresponding to the third back portion and the fourth back portion. An area occupied by the ventilation holes per unit area in the thoracic spine corresponding portion is larger than that in a portion other than the thoracic spine corresponding portion.
