Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include composites and flexible multilayer pipe liners comprising a fibrous layer; and a polyolefin backing layer comprising a blend of: (a) an ultra-high molecular weight ethylene-based polymer having an intrinsic viscosity from 5 to 50 deciliters/gram, (b) a polyethylene resin comprising a first molecular weight ethylene-based polymer component and a second molecular weight ethylene-based polymer component, wherein the polyethylene resin has a density from 0.930 to 0.960 g/cc; (c) a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer having a density of from 0.850 to 0.910 g/cc; and (d) optionally, a fluoropolymer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides formulation. The formulation contains a high density polyethylene composition containing (i) a high molecular weight component including an ethylene/a-olefin copolymer, the high molecular weight component having a density from 0.924 to 0.930 g/cc and a high load melt index (121) from 0.3 to 0.9 g/10 min; and (ii) a low molecular weight component including an ethylene-based polymer selected from the group consisting of an ethylene homopolymer and an ethylene/a-olefin copolymer. The high density polyethylene composition has (a) a density from 0.950 to 0.956 g/cc; (b) a high load melt index (121) from 15 to 28 g/10 min; (c) an 121/12 of at least 85; (d) a notched constant tensile load failure time at 35% yield stress of greater than 90 hours; and (e) an environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) F0 value, according to ASTM D1693-condition B (100% IGEPAL), of greater than 2,000 hours.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a composition. In an embodiment, the composition includes a polymer component and an odor suppressant. The polymer component includes (i) a post-consumer resin and (ii) optionally an olefin-based polymer. The composition further includes from 0.15 wt % to 15 wt % of the odor suppressant. The odor suppressant includes (i) from 0.05 wt % to 2 wt % of a metal oxide having a band gap greater than 5.0 electron volts (eV); and (ii) from 0.1 wt % to 13 wt % an acid copolymer. The ratio of metal oxide to acid copolymer is from 1:20 to 1:1. Weight percent is based on total weight of the composition.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dosing cap. In an embodiment, the dosing cap includes (A) a collar member having an annular skirt depending from a base. An inner surface of the annular skirt has a securing member for securing the collar member to a neck of a container. The base includes (i) at least one opening with a one-way valve permitting fluid flow in a first direction, and (ii) an air channel with a one-way valve permitting fluid flow in a second direction. The dosing cap includes (B) a cap member having an annular sidewall extending from a dispensing element. An inner surface of the annular sidewall has an attachment member adjustably attached to a reciprocal attachment member on an outer surface of the first sidewall. The dosing cap includes (C) a metering chamber formed by an enclosed volume between the cap member and the base. The dosing cap includes (D) the dispensing element permitting flow of a fluid from the metering chamber.
