Abstract: Disclosed are a stem cell generator, a construction method therefor and the use thereof. The stem cell generator is formed by implanting a biomaterial loaded with active substances and/or cells, or a biomaterial with an osteogenic induction capability into animal or human bodies and producing organoids upon development.
