摘要: The production of 2-propylheptanol described here is effected via Rh-catalyzed hydroformylation of C4-olefin to afford C5-aldehyde, aldol condensation to afford the C10-aldehyde and hydrogenation to afford the C10-alcohol. The emphasis is on the hydroformylation and the ligand employed therein. The problem addressed by the invention is that of reducing the costs of 2PH production. This problem is solved when a cheaper catalyst system which simultaneously achieves a better regioselectivity is employed in the hydroformylation. This catalyst system contains rhodium as the central atom and is complexed with the ligand (1):

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for coupling two arenes with selenium dioxide to give a selenobiaryl ether. The method of the present invention includes: adding a first arene to the reaction mixture, adding a second arene to the reaction mixture, adding selenium dioxide to the reaction mixture, adding an acid having a pKa in the range from 0 to 5 to the reaction mixture, and adjusting the reaction temperature of the reaction mixture such that the first arene and the second arene are converted to a selenobiaryl ether. 摘要: The invention relates to a process for preparing an ester mixture, in which an n-butene-containing feed mixture having a composition which changes over time is first oligomerized and then converted by hydroformylation, hydrogenation and esterification to an ester mixture. In this process, an approximation of the actual viscosity of the ester mixture is determined. The problem that it addresses is that of specifying a comparatively simple process which enables conversion of an n-butene with a variable composition over time to an ester mixture having a viscosity which can be kept very substantially constant over a long period even when an inconstant C4 source which delivers fluctuating qualities over this period is utilized. This is achieved through controlled use of a second raw material, namely ethene. It has been found that the viscosity of n-butene-based ester mixtures can be influenced by controlled use of ethene in the preparation of the ester precursors. Specifically, the invention proposes two measures by which the ethene can be used: either directly as C2 olefin or as C8 olefin after prior separate oligomerization.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the purification of a contaminated organophosphorus product which comprises at least one organophosphorus compound and, as contaminant, at least one chlorine compound. It is based on the object of indicating a purification method in which the chlorine content of an organophosphorus product which comprises at least one organophosphorus compound and at least one chlorine compound as contaminant, can be reduced from originally 1000 to 100 000 ppm to a total chlorine content between 10 ppm and 10 000 ppm. This is achieved by a process with the steps: a) provision of the contaminated organophosphorus product; b) complete dissolution of the contaminated organophosphorus product in a solvent to give a contaminated solution; c) separation of the contaminated solution by means of a filter and/or by means of a membrane separation unit to give a purified solution; d) removal of the solvent from the purified solution to give a purified organophosphorus product.
