Abstract: A heat recovery device comprises a body inwardly delimiting an exhaust gas circulation passage and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a casing, a plurality of exhaust gas circulation tubes and at least one grate arranged in the proximal opening of the casing. The grate comprises a wall in which orifices are arranged for receiving tubes. The grate also has an upright edge protruding toward an inside of the heat exchanger, the upright edge being rigidly attached to the casing. The wall of the grate has, around the orifices, a planar surface turned toward the body. The body has an opening delimited by a flat edge pressed against the planar surface. The planar surface and the flat edge are rigidly attached to one another to be tight with respect to exhaust gases.

Abstract: An exhaust gas heating element comprises a wafer that is substantially cylindrical with an axis and is made of metallic foam. A flexible, electrical insulating sheet covers an edge of the wafer with an overlap on each face of the wafer. A rigid assembly ring, a housing, and two electrodes are also provided. The rigid assembly ring is made from a cylinder trunk, at least a first edge of which is serrated in such a way as to be able to immobilize the wafer and the flexible, electrical insulating sheet in the rigid assembly ring by folding teeth, substantially at 90°.

Abstract: A heat exchanger comprises a plurality of flow pipes for a first fluid and an envelope delimiting an internal volume in which the pipes are placed. The envelope has an inlet for a second fluid and an outlet for the second fluid opening into the internal volume. At least one internal grid is arranged between the inlet of the second fluid and the outlet of the second fluid. The internal grid divides the internal volume into a plurality of chambers arranged one after another in a longitudinal direction. The internal grid delimits a passage for the second fluid with an internal surface of the envelope, wherein the or each passage is arranged such that the second fluid circulates in a labyrinthine fashion from the inlet of the second fluid to the outlet of the second fluid via the chambers.
