    摘要: The invention relates to a header tank (5) for a mechanically assembled heat exchanger, notably for a motor vehicle, said exchanger (1) comprising a mechanically assembled heat-exchange core bundle (3) and comprising at least one row of tubes (31) with two end tubes (31) one at each end of said at least one row, the tubes (31) respectively comprising an end (311) intended to open into an interior volume of the header tank (5). According to the invention, the header tank (5) comprises at least one end stop (55) configured to be positioned facing an internal surface of the end (311) of an associated end tube (31) and to collaborate with said internal surface in such a way as to prevent said tube (31) from moving in the direction of the interior volume of the header tank (5).

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a tube sheet by forming a plurality of separate thin tube sheet segments; forming multiple holes in each sheet in a predetermined pattern, each hole for accommodating a tube sheet filter tube; aligning all of the plurality of tube sheet segments so that the hole pattern of each sheet aligns with the hole pattern in all other sheets of the plurality of tube sheet segments; and securing all of the tube sheet segments together to form a unitary tube sheet. A tube sheet construction that includes a plurality of separate thin tube sheet segments, multiple holes being provided in each sheet in a predetermined pattern, each hole for accommodating a tube sheet filter tube, all of the tube sheet segments being aligning so that the hole pattern of each sheet aligns, and fasteners for securing all of the tube sheet segments together. A media layer is provided between adjacent sheet segments.

    摘要: There is disclosed a micro-channel heat exchanger, comprising a first header formed with an inlet; a second header spaced apart from the first header, one of the first and second headers being formed with an outlet; flat tubes, two ends of each flat tube being connected with the first and second headers respectively such that a plurality of micro-channels of each flat tube communicate with the first and second headers; fins, each fin being disposed between two adjacent flat tubes; and a return pipe, a first end of which being connected to the outlet formed in one of the first and second headers and a second end thereof being extended towards the other of the first and second headers. The location of the outlet of the micro-channel heat exchanger is easy to change, and the micro-channel heat exchanger is low in cost, compact in structure and easy to install.

    摘要: A heat exchanger and related method of making is disclosed herewith. The heat exchanger may have first and second fluid reservoirs that retain a quantity of fluid and also a plurality of tubes that extend between the first and second reservoirs and circulate the fluid therebetween. First and second header plates may be retained respectively in the first and second reservoirs through which the plurality of tubes are mounted. First and second pressure reduction plates may each have a plurality of apertures that respectively encompass first and second ends of each of the plurality of tubes. The plurality of apertures may have tapered side walls that taper outwardly from the respective ends, to reduce turbulence of the fluid between the plurality of tubes and the first and second reservoirs.

    摘要: A method for assembling a plurality of tubes to a tubesheet. A first end of each of the tubes is situated over a corresponding support rod that extends from a pattern block of the fixture. A first end of a plurality of locating members is inserted into a second end of each of the tubes such that a second end of the locating member extends from the tube second end. The tubesheet is then slid over the locating members and tubes such that each of a plurality of holes in the tubesheet receive corresponding ones of the tubes.

The small curvature region (102) is not beyond a center line (C1) in a thickness of the flat tube (10). The outer rim (22) extends beyond the center line (C1). The outer rim (22) has an end face (22a) placed on the small curvature region (102). The flat tube (10) has flared portions (15, 16) expanded at insertion holes (54).
