Abstract:
A process for making a continuous web of a longitudinally corrugated fibrous material includes passing the web between a rigid cylinder having circumferential grooves that are flanked and shaped to define a substantially corrugated profile on substantially on the entire thickness of the web, and a presser which has an external layer made of an elastically compressible material and which is maintained adherent to the rigid cylinder so as to cause the continuous web to penetrate into the grooves and thus obtain the corrugations, At the same time, the continuous web is subjected to a reduction of the speed of the surface in contact with the presser with respect to the speed of the surface in contact with the rigid cylinder so as to have a longitudinally corrugated pattern on both surfaces and transverse ripples at least at the corrugated surface that was in contact with the rigid cylinder.

Abstract:
A method for producing webs of transversely extensible fibrous material, in particular paper, characterised by causing a web (12) of pliable fibrous material having a water content between 20% and 80% to adhere to at least one continuous elastic band elastic (6, 26, 31, 46, 66) adhering to the lateral surface of a first rotating roller, provided on its lateral surface with at least one circumferential cavity and to temporarily and locally pre-stretched said band by making it to enter into said at least one cavity for interference from at least one second rotating roller having its axis parallel to the axis of the first roller.
Abstract:
The paper web is passed on the production line between at least one pair of rollers, of which one is of soft material driven at greater speed, the hard material roller presenting a base roughness RA of less than 5 and along its entire lateral surface having incisions that are precisely spaced.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for realising a re-closable container made of extensible paper, which comprises at least partly inserting a closing element (5) made of paper material (extensible paper) provided with a base wall (6) and a lateral wall (7), internally of a housing compartment (4) of the container. The lateral wall (7) of the closing element (5) is inserted and located at a portion of lateral wall of the container (1). A sealing layer (204) is coupled to the container in a position underlying the closing element (5). Also comprised is a contemporary deforming step of the lateral wall (7), the sealing layer (204) and the portion of wall of the container (1), such as to realise coupling/decoupling surfaces between the closing element (5) and the container (1).
