摘要： Described is a radiation sensitive imaging film containing a heat fixable radiation sensitive element, e.g., a diacetylene, of the formula: R--C.tbd.C--C.tbd.C--R', where R and R' are, e.g., both --CH.sub.2 --O--CONH--(CH.sub.2).sub.5 CH.sub.3. After exposure to X-radiation during diagnostic or X-ray therapy, the resulting image can be permanently dry fixed by a short heating step and then stored for a long period. Processes for making the film, new binder-convertor systems, and a device incorporating the film are described as well as other imaging, diagnostic and therapeutic methods utilizing the film in high energy radiation applications in the health care field.

摘要： An air blower includes a base having a raised column, an arcuate recess between an inner face of the base and an outer periphery of the column and a bottom nozzle, a fan assembly mounted on top of the raised column to generate air flow and having a conical top face, and a cap securely combined with the base and having a top nozzle combined with the bottom nozzle to form an outlet so that the air flow generated by the fan assembly is first directed to the inner face of the cap and then spiraled downward along the raised column to escape the outlet via the arcuate recess.

摘要： A heating assembly for a respiratory treatment machine includes a base and a water tank. The base has a receiving space communicating with a recessed platform at a via an opening, and a heating plate securely placed on a bottom face of the receiving space. The water tank has a main receptacle, a secondary receptacle integrally formed and communicating with the main receptacle and movably received inside the receiving space, a conducting plate securely provided at a bottom face of the main receptacle and an extension integrally formed with the conducting plate and provided at a bottom face of the secondary receptacle. The extension has a dimension corresponding to that of the heating plate such that after the secondary receptacle is received inside the receiving space, the extension is placed on top of the heating plate and engaged with the heating plate.

摘要： A compression device for medical treatment includes an upper colloid sheet, a lower colloid sheet, and a plurality of gas ports. The upper colloid sheet is stacked with the lower colloid sheet and welded, so as to form a plurality of isolated cells with welded walls, and each cell respectively corresponds to one of the gas ports. Therein, the welded walls that neighbors each cell extend diagonally along an angle that is between an x-axis direction and an y-axis direction, so that the welded walls extends from an edge of the upper colloid sheet and the lower colloid sheet to another edge of the upper colloid sheet and the lower colloid sheet. Per aforementioned, the compression device for medical treatment has diagonally formed cells, which results in compression from two directions, so that the medical benefits are increased.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for detecting leads off in a multi-electrode medical diagnostic system. The multi-electrode medical diagnostic system comprises: a carrier circuit unit connected to a plurality of active electrodes and a reference electrode connected to a patient to be detected for generating a plurality of carrier signals of lead impedances and impedance pneumography; a pre-stage protecting circuit coupled to the carrier circuit unit and generating a plurality of input impedance signals to prevent the apparatus from being damaged by defibrillation; and a leads-off detection unit coupled to the carrier circuit unit for demodulating the plurality of input impedance signals into lead impedance related voltages. This present invention further comprises a central processing unit and an analog-to-digital converter for receiving the output of the leads-off detection unit, and calculating the amount and the position of the leads-off, depending on an algorithm embedded in the central processing unit.
