Abstract: A wireless device receives downlink control information (DCI) comprising a first HARQ process identifier and a resource assignment. The first HARQ process identifier indicates a first HARQ process of HARQ processes. The wireless device transmits, using the resource assignment and based on a second HARQ process identifier, a transport block associated with a second HARQ process, of the HARQ processes. The second HARQ process identifier indicates the second HARQ process and is based on the first HARQ process identifier and a HARQ process identifier offset.

Abstract: A base station sends, to a wireless device, a first downlink control information (DCI) comprising a first HARQ process identifier, a first NDI comprising a first value, and an indication to postpone a HARQ acknowledgement transmission for a HARQ process identified by the first HARQ process identifier. The base station sends, to the wireless device, a second DCI comprising the first HARQ process identifier and a second NDI comprising a second value. The base station sends, to the wireless device and based on the second DCI, a transport block corresponding to the first HARQ process identifier.

Abstract: A wireless device receives RRC messages comprising configuration parameters of multicast transmissions, wherein the configuration parameters indicate CFRs comprising a number of resource blocks within a bandwidth part of a cell, a RNTI, and a value of a maximum MIMO layer indication for transmission via the CFRs. Abstract: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters indicating a minimum scheduling offset value of a bandwidth part (BWP). The minimum scheduling offset value may be a minimum value of one or more possible scheduling offset values, in the time domain, between downlink control information (DCI) and a downlink data channel schedulable by the DCI. The wireless device may receive a first DCI comprising a BWP index of the BWP and a field indicating to apply the minimum scheduling offset value. The wireless device may receive a second DCI indicating a scheduling offset value between the second DCI and a downlink data channel scheduled by the second DCI. The scheduling offset value may be greater than, or equal to, the minimum scheduling offset value based on the field.
