Abstract: A wireless device receives from a base station of a first public land mobile network (PLMN) an indication of a failure of a second PLMN including a PLMN identifier of the second PLMN. The wireless device sends to an access and mobility management function, a registration request indicating the failure of the second PLMN. The registration request includes the PLMN identifier of the second PLMN, and one or more of a subscriber concealed identifier and a permanent equipment identifier of the wireless device.

Abstract: A method may include receiving, by a wireless device from an access and mobility management function (AMF), a registration accept message comprising one or more configuration parameters of the wireless device. The method may also include receiving, by the wireless device from the AMF, a wireless device configuration update command that includes a parameter for a multimedia priority service (MPS) configuration of the wireless device. The method may further include sending, by the wireless device to the AMF, a packet data unit (PDU) session establishment request after receiving the parameter for the MPS configuration of the wireless device.

Abstract: A base station central unit receives, from a base station distributed unit, configuration parameters of at least one periodic radio resource for packet transmissions of a wireless device in a radio resource control (RRC) inactive state or RRC idle state. The base station central unit sends, to the base station distributed unit, a wireless device context release message comprising an RRC release message and an indication that the base station distributed unit maintains the at least one periodic radio resource after the wireless device transitions to the RRC idle state or the RRC inactive state. The base station central unit receives, via the base station distributed unit, data from the wireless device while the wireless device is in the RRC inactive state or the RRC idle state.

Abstract: A base station transmits, to a wireless device, configuration parameters indicating: downlink resources of a downlink control channel associated with a slot format indication (SFI) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI), and a discontinuous reception (DRX) operation for the wireless device to monitor the downlink control channel. Based on the downlink resources, a monitoring occasion for the downlink control channel is determined to transmit a downlink control information associated with the SFI RNTI. Regardless of whether the DRX operation is in an active time and during the monitoring occasion, the downlink control channel is transmitted that includes the downlink control information associated with the SFI RNTI and indicating a slot format. Based on the slot format, one or more transport blocks is received from the wireless device.

Abstract: A base station switches, for a wireless device, from a first downlink bandwidth part (BWP) to a second downlink BWP identified with a downlink BWP index. The base station, switches, for the wireless device and based on the second downlink BWP being configured with beam failure recovery (BFR) for the wireless device, from a first uplink BWP to a second uplink BWP identified with an uplink BWP index that is the same as the downlink BWP index. The base station switches, for the wireless device, from the second downlink BWP to a third downlink BWP. Based on the third downlink BWP not being configured with BFR, the base station keeps the second uplink BWP as an active uplink BWP for the wireless device.
