    Abstract: A network handover method and a terminal device, the method including obtaining, by a terminal device, a link quality parameter of a data link of the terminal device, determining that a 5G system accessed by the terminal device is unavailable in response to the link quality parameter meeting a specified condition, and handing over from the 5G system to a non-5G system in response to the 5G system being unavailable, where the link quality parameter includes quantities of uplink and downlink data packets received in a duration, and here the specified condition comprises the quantity of downlink data packets received in the duration by exceeding a first threshold and a quantity of sent uplink data packets being 0, or a quantity of uplink data packets sent in the duration exceeding a second threshold and the quantity of received downlink data packets being 0.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a power consumption control method and an apparatus, relate to the field of communications technologies, and are used to reduce power consumption of user equipment and ensure communication performance of the user equipment.     Abstract: A terminal supporting dual-receive single-transmit dual-card dual-standby single-pass includes a first subscriber identity module (SIM) card interface and a second SIM card interface. The first SIM card interface is configured to communicate with a first SIM card, and the second SIM card interface is configured to communicate with a second SIM card. When the terminal is in a first communications connection, the terminal receives a paging request for setting up a second communications connection. When the terminal receives the paging request for the second communications connection, if the terminal has a to-be-sent voice packet of the first communications connection, the terminal delays responding to the paging request for setting up the second communications connection, or if the terminal has no to-be-sent voice packet of the first communications connection, the terminal responds to the paging request for setting up the second communications connection.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for improving voice call quality. The method is applied to a terminal, and the terminal includes a buffer module. When the buffer module includes voice data, the method includes: determining that the voice data buffered by the buffer module is in an accumulated state; and cutting off an SID frame in the voice data. To be specific, when the SID frame is detected and the voice data buffered by the buffer module is in the accumulated state, the SID frame in the voice data is cut off. The SID frame does not include semantic data. In this way, an amount of to-be-sent voice data is reduced, a packet loss and a sending delay are reduced, voice call quality is improved, and user experience is improved.
