    摘要: A fastener delivery system includes an escapement mechanism configured to control dispensing of associated fasteners located in a column one associated fastener at a time and a rotate and present apparatus operable with the escapement mechanism. The apparatus is configured to rotate between a fastener receiving position and a fastener loading position. In the fastener receiving position the apparatus is adapted to receive each associated fastener released from the escapement mechanism, and in the fastener loading position the apparatus is configured to present each associated fastener to an associated fastener installation device. The escapement mechanism is adjustable in a height direction relative to the apparatus.

    摘要: An apparatus is provided to test valves. The apparatus includes a sensor and a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism is configured to control an external camshaft that is coupled to a valve train of an engine head. The apparatus controls the driving mechanism to control a rotation of the external camshaft that further controls an activation of each valve of the valve train associated with the engine head. The apparatus further controls the sensor to acquire information associated with the activation of each valve of the valve train based on the rotation of the external camshaft. The apparatus further compares the acquired information with pre-stored information, to determine an abnormality in each valve of the valve train, and generates a notification based on the comparison.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for pressing articles on components of a vehicle assembly is provided. The apparatus includes a support fixture, a driving mechanism coupled to the support fixture, and a sensor coupled to the support fixture. The apparatus detects a component that includes a receiving section and controls the sensor to determine a height of the receiving section with respect to a datum of the component, based on the detection. The apparatus computes an offset distance with respect to the determined height and actuates the driving mechanism based on the offset distance. Based on the actuation, the driving mechanism moves an actuator to a first position in proximity of the receiving section. The driving mechanism further actuates to displace the actuator from the first position to a second position, which causes the actuator to apply a force on an article, causing the article to mate with the receiving section.
