    摘要: A flexible drive shaft test arrangement includes a drive end piece arranged along a rotation axis, a driven end piece axially offset from the drive end piece along the rotation axis, and a shell. The shell connects the drive end piece to the driven end piece. The drive end piece end is offset in rotation about the driven end piece to internally load a flexible drive shaft disposed within the shell with torsion. Test stands and methods for testing flexible drive shafts are also disclosed.

    摘要: A control device of a dynamometer system includes a mechanical loss arithmetic unit that generates a loss compensation signal corresponding to loss torque generated in a dynamometer body in a state where a load is connected, on the basis of an angular velocity detection signal, a characteristic vibration suppression control circuit that generates a compensation signal in order to suppress a characteristic vibration of a swinging element, and a torque current command signal generating unit that generates a torque current command signal by subtracting the compensation signal from an upper level torque command signal. The characteristic vibration suppression control circuit is provided with a normative model arithmetic unit, deviation compensator, model input generating unit, and differential compensator that generates a correction signal by subjecting a torque signal obtained by the normative model arithmetic unit to a differential operation.

    摘要: Friction disk sets of clutches and brakes are used, for example, in automatic transmissions. In clutch test benches for such clutches, the friction disks are held in a test chamber on inner and outer disk carriers. The test bench arrangement has a clutch unit which includes first and second disk carriers. The first disk carrier can be moved relative to the second disk carrier. A drive input section includes a drive input mechanism for producing relative movement between the first and the second disk carrier. A first driven shaft is mounted by at least one first bearing unit. The first disk carrier is drive-connected, via the first shaft, to the drive input mechanism. The first shaft is mounted to rotate by virtue of the first bearing unit. The test bench arrangement includes a measuring unit for determining a frictional torque of the first bearing unit.
