    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a request processing method and a corresponding entity, to control a data notification and signaling that is used for triggering paging, thereby avoiding overload of a network element in a core network. The request processing method includes: determining, by an AMF, a first control plane function entity for a terminal device; determining, by the AMF, that the terminal device enters an idle state; obtaining, by the AMF, a first reachability service invocation request from the first control plane function entity; and rejecting, by the AMF, the first reachability service invocation request when the AMF determines, based on the first reachability service invocation request, that a reachability service invocation limitation condition is satisfied.

    Abstract: In an access and mobility management policy association termination method, a first access and mobility management function apparatus sends first policy control function identifier information of a first policy control function apparatus to a second access and mobility management function apparatus, and sends first deletion request information to the first policy control function apparatus. The first deletion request information is for requesting the first policy control function apparatus to delete an access and mobility management (AM) policy association between the first policy control function apparatus and the first access and mobility management function apparatus for a terminal device. Both the first access and mobility management function apparatus and the first policy control function apparatus then delete AM policy control information for the terminal device.

    Abstract: A quality of service (QoS) control method and a device, where the method includes: a session management function (SMF) entity obtaining service data flow (SDF)-level QoS control information; the SMF entity sending the SDF-level QoS control information to a terminal; and the terminal performing QoS control on an uplink data packet based on the SDF-level QoS control information, or the terminal deleting the SDF-level QoS control information.     Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method, with step including receiving, by user equipment, a first message, where the first message is used to instruct the user equipment to activate a reflective quality of service RQ mechanism; generating, by the user equipment, an implicit quality of service implicit QoS rule according to the RQ mechanism; receiving, by the user equipment, a second message, where the second message is used to instruct the user equipment to stop using the RQ mechanism; and stopping, by the user equipment, using the RQ mechanism, and deleting the implicit QoS rule. The user equipment receives the second message indicating that using of the RQ mechanism needs to be stopped, and deletes the implicit QoS rule, so as to implement switching between an explicit QoS rule and the implicit QoS rule, and flexibly configure a QoS rule for uplink data according to a policy of an operator.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a data transmission method and a communications apparatus. A Hypertext Transfer Protocol version 2 HTTP/2 adaptation layer is configured between an application layer and a Multipath Transmission Control Protocol MPTCP layer of a protocol stack. All frames belonging to a same HTTP/2 stream are allocated to a same MPTCP subflow for transmission, so that a data throughput is large, and system robustness is good, thereby improving HTTP/2 stream transmission performance.
