    Abstract: Example methods and apparatus for transmitting uplink control information are described. One example method includes receiving downlink control information by a terminal device, where the downlink control information includes resource information of a data channel, first indication information, and second indication information. The first indication information indicates a power offset value between a transmission time interval k and a transmission time interval k−1, and the second indication information is used to determine a power adjustment value in the transmission time interval k. The terminal device determines transmit power in the transmission time interval k based on the power offset value and the power adjustment value. The terminal device transmits uplink control information based on the transmit power, where the uplink control information includes feedback information for the data channel.

    Abstract: This application provides a physical downlink control channel PDCCH transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: A network device sends first indication information to a terminal device, where the first indication information may include configuration information of a PDCCH, the configuration information of the PDCCH is used to indicate at least one repeated transmission configuration manner, which includes a first repeated transmission configuration manner. The repeated transmission configuration manner includes at least one of a quantity of repetitions of the PDCCH and an aggregation level that is of the PDCCH and that corresponds to the quantity of repetitions. The network device may send the PDCCH to the terminal device based on the first repeated transmission configuration manner. According to this method, a sending effect of a PDCCH at a higher aggregation level can be implemented through repeated sending of a plurality of PDCCHs at lower aggregation levels.

    Abstract: Methods for obtaining downlink channel information and an apparatus are provided. One example method includes that an access network device estimates first uplink channel state information of a terminal device based on a first reference signal received from the terminal device, and estimates second uplink channel state information of the terminal device based on a group of second reference signals received from the terminal device. Because the group of second reference signals is precoded by using downlink channel information of the terminal device, the access network device may determine, based on the estimated first uplink channel state information and the estimated second uplink channel state information, the downlink channel information fed back by the terminal device.

    Abstract: In the method, a terminal device receives first downlink control information from a network device, where the first downlink control information includes a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number. The terminal device receives, on a first frequency band, a first data packet carrying a first transport block, and receives, on a second frequency band, a second data packet carrying a second transport block, where the first HARQ process number corresponds to the first transport block on the first frequency band and the second transport block on the second frequency band. The terminal device performs joint decoding on the first data packet and the second data packet. The first transport block is the same as the second transport block. By using the method and the apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention, data transmission reliability in a multi-band transmission scenario can be improved.
