摘要: A communications method, and apparatus are provided, to reduce a transmission latency when a plurality of HARQ-ACKs are transmitted in one time unit. The method includes: determining, in N groups of time-frequency resources based on the grouping relationship, the ith group of time-frequency resources corresponding to a first parameter related to the first DCI, receiving first DCI, and determining a first uplink channel that carries a first HARQ-ACK on a first time-frequency resource in the ith group of time-frequency resources, where the grouping relationship represents a correspondence between a first parameter and N groups of time-frequency resources, the N groups of time-frequency resources are obtained by grouping time-frequency resources in one time unit, each group of time-frequency resources corresponds to one or more first parameters, and the first parameter is related to DCI, a time-frequency resource in each group of time-frequency resources is for an uplink channel carries a HARQ-ACK.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a buffer status report (BSR) sending method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: determining a first resource configured for a first channel; adding, a first cyclic redundancy check (CRC) to a BSR; and sending a second channel on the first resource, or sending the first channel and a second channel on the first resource, where the second channel is used to carry the BSR to which the first CRC is added. Based on the embodiments of this application, the terminal device independently adds the first CRC to the BSR, and sends the second channel carrying the BSR to a network device, so that the network device learns arrival of data corresponding to the second channel at the terminal device. Therefore, the network device can pre-configure a resource for the data, thereby reducing a transmission latency of the data.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an information processing method and apparatus. A terminal device encodes uplink control information (UCI) to obtain coded bits of the UCI, and encodes data to obtain coded bits of the data. The terminal device multiplexes the coded bits of the UCI and the coded bits of the data to obtain a multiplexed bit sequence. The terminal device then transmits the multiplexed bit sequence to a network device via a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). A length of a transmission time interval of the UCI is less than or equal to 0.5 millisecond. In this way, data transmission latency can be reduced.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. In the solution, a terminal device receives first indication information in a first time period; and the terminal device transmits first information in a second time period, where a duration of the first time period is a first time unit, a duration of the second time period is a second time unit, and a duration of the second time unit is greater than a duration of the first time unit. In this way, although the terminal device receives the first indication information in a first time unit N, the terminal device transmits the first information in a second time unit M whose duration is greater than that of the first time unit.

摘要: An information configuration method, a data receiving method, and a device are provided. A first network device configures a first resource set group of a physical downlink control channel set for user equipment, and configures for the user equipment, a second resource set group of a physical downlink control channel for retransmission, where the physical downlink control channel for retransmission is a physical downlink control channel for retransmission corresponding to downlink data indicated by a physical downlink control channel in at least one subset of the physical downlink control channel set. The first network device sends information about the first resource set group and information about the second resource set group to the user equipment.
