    Abstract: A cavity filter includes a cavity, a cover plate, a tuning component, and a resonant column. The cover plate is connected to the cavity, and the cover plate is configured to cover the cavity to form a resonant cavity. A through hole is provided on the cover plate, and the tuning component passes through the through hole and is fastened on the cover plate. The tuning part includes a high-conductivity part and a non-conductivity part, the high-conductivity part is located in the cavity, and the resonant column is in the cavity.

    Abstract: An optical module structure includes a substrate, an optical chip and an electrical chip that are fixedly coupled to the substrate. The optical module structure further includes an optical coupling structure fixedly coupled to the optical chip. A side of the optical chip that faces the substrate has a first reference plane, and at least one first alignment mark is provided on the first reference plane. The optical coupling structure has a second reference plane, and at least one second alignment mark is provided on the second reference plane. The first reference plane is aligned with the second reference plane, and the first alignment mark is aligned with the second alignment mark.

    Abstract: An optical coupling apparatus and method are described. An embodiment of an optical coupling apparatus may include a first optical chip, a second optical chip, and an optical writing waveguide block. In the apparatus, the first optical chip is coupled to the optical writing waveguide block in a first coupling manner, and the second optical chip is coupled to the optical writing waveguide block in a second coupling manner. Furthermore, in the apparatus, the first optical chip is optically interconnected to the second optical chip by using the optical writing waveguide block. Compatibility between a plurality of coupling manners is therefore enabled by using the technical solutions described herein.

    Abstract: A tunable filter includes a first waveguide body, a second waveguide body, a metal plate, a tuning piece, and a driving piece. A first cavity is disposed in the first waveguide body, and a second cavity is disposed in the second waveguide body. The metal plate is sandwiched between the first waveguide body and the second waveguide body, multiple windows are disposed on the metal plate, and the first cavity and the second cavity are in communication and are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the metal plate. The tuning piece includes a dielectric pull-rod and multiple metal sheets connected to the dielectric pull-rod, the dielectric pull-rod protrudes out of the first waveguide body and is connected to the driving piece, the multiple metal sheets are disposed inside the first cavity, and the multiple metal sheets are disposed corresponding to the multiple windows.
