摘要: This application provides a map update method, an apparatus, and a storage medium related to the navigation field. The method includes: matching, by a first vehicle, environmental data collected by a data collection apparatus on the first vehicle with prestored map data, and when it is determined that the environmental data does not match the map data, reporting map update information to a cloud server, where the map update information includes related information of a to-be-updated map element; and determining, by the cloud server based on the map update information reported by the first vehicle, whether to update a map, and when the map is determined to be updated, determining a delivery manner of an updated map based on an impact level that is of vehicle traveling and that corresponds to the to-be-updated map element. The foregoing method can be used to improve traveling safety of the automatic driving vehicle.

摘要: A method for determining a precoding matrix indicator, user equipment, and a base station are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: receiving a first reference signal set sent by a base station, where the first reference signal set is associated with a user equipment-specific matrix or matrix set; selecting a precoding matrix based on the first reference signal set, where the precoding matrix is a function of the user equipment-specific matrix or matrix set; and sending a precoding matrix indicator to the base station, where the precoding matrix indicator corresponds to the selected precoding matrix. In the embodiments of the present invention, CSI feedback precision can be improved without excessively increasing feedback overhead, thereby improving system performance.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method including: obtaining downtilt coordination information of a local cell and downtilt coordination information of a neighbor cell; and setting, according to the downtilt coordination information of the local cell and the downtilt coordination information of the neighbor cell, a downtilt of a time-frequency resource block on an antenna of the local cell with respect to a to-be-coordinated user equipment. The downtilt coordination information of the local cell and that of the neighbor cell are referenced to for setting the downtilt of the time-frequency resource block on the antenna of the local cell with respect to the to-be-coordinated user equipment, which avoids interference on user equipments within a service range of the neighbor cell while ensuring signal received power and SINR experience for user equipments within a service range of the local cell.
