    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and provides a cell handover method and an apparatus in a high-speed movement scenario, to resolve problems of a relatively high service drop rate and a relatively high re-establishment rate of a terminal device in the high-speed movement scenario. The method includes: enabling a high-speed railway function of a terminal device; obtaining path information; determining a first target cell based on the path information; and reporting a first measurement report when a measurement value of a source cell meets a second threshold, where the first measurement report is used to trigger a network side device to control the terminal device to hand over from the source cell to the first target cell, and the source cell is a cell on which the terminal device camps, the second threshold is greater than a first threshold, and the first threshold is a threshold that is indicated by the network side device and that is used to trigger the terminal device to report a measurement report.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include methods for keeping in a CSFB network and an example user terminal, wherein when a first call of a 4G user fails to be set up, the user terminal keeps in a target network accessed by circuit switched fallback (CSFB). In this way, when the 4G user receives a call request message for the second time, the user terminal does not need to perform CSFB, thereby increasing a call setup success rate. One example method includes obtaining, by a user terminal, a first call request message. The user terminal performs CSFB according to the first call request message to access a target network. The user terminal determines whether a call setup message is received. If no call setup message is received, the user terminal camps on the target network.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a call prompt method. A first interface that shows that a first terminal is in a call with a second terminal is displayed on the first terminal. If a third terminal initiates a call to the first terminal at this moment, a second interface indicating the call initiated by the third terminal is displayed on the first terminal, and a sound is output, where the sound includes a call voice and a prompt tone of the initiated call. If the call initiated by the third terminal to the first terminal is rejected, the call voice is output on the first terminal and the prompt tone stops to be output. Additionally or alternatively, if the third terminal stops initiating the call, the first interface is displayed on the first terminal, and the call voice between the first terminal and the terminal continues to be output.
