    摘要: A method and apparatus for mapping coded data symbols to resources in a mobile communication system. An S/P converter converts a serial signal including user data or control information into a plurality of parallel signals. A DFT unit performs Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) on the parallel signals output from the S/P converter. A controller controls the DFT unit so that among the signals output from the S/P converter, a control channel is mapped in the maximum available resources to which the control channel can be mapped, among the resources included in a resource block, and data symbols are mapped to the remaining resources, except for the maximum available resources to which the control channel can be mapped. A subcarrier mapper allocates the signals output from the DFT unit to subcarriers. An RF processor converts a signal output from the subcarrier mapper into a radio signal.

The method includes identifying an amount of resources to be used for control channel transmission within a predetermined maximum amount of resources available for control channel transmission among total resources of a subframe; mapping control information onto the identified amount of resources to be used for the control channel transmission; mapping data information onto all remaining resources of the subframe, other than the identified resources used for the control channel transmission among the total resources; and transmitting information related to the amount of resources to be used for the control channel transmission, through a predetermined control channel; and transmitting the mapped control information, and the mapped data information.

When there is no uplink data to be transmitted, a UE spreads second control information, a quantity of which is less than or equal to a pre-defined threshold, by using a ZC sequence cyclic-shifted according to resource blocks, each of which indicates at least one time interval used for a transmission of the second control information. When there is uplink data to be transmitted, the UE performs TDM of the uplink data with third control information. When there is no uplink data to be transmitted and the quantity of control information exceeds a pre-defined threshold, or when the first control information includes various types of information, the UE spreads the first control information in a time domain by the orthogonal codes.
