Abstract: An information-display method for use in a transparent display is provided. The method includes the steps of: capturing a background image of the transparent display, recognizing a target object from the background image and obtaining candidate background image sub-areas around the target object; processing the candidate background image sub-areas and generating candidate display information corresponding to each background image sub-area; calculating a color ranking score for each piece of candidate display information on each candidate background image sub-area; determining display information and a corresponding background image sub-area; determining whether the color ranking score of the display information satisfies a predetermined condition; if so, directly displaying the display information on the background image sub-area of the transparent display; if not, adding a color feature on the display information, and displaying the display information and the color feature on the background image sub-area of the transparent display.

Abstract: An electro-wetting display panel including an active device array substrate, a dielectric layer, a rib structure, an opposite substrate, a first fluid and a second fluid is provided. The active device array substrate includes a first substrate and a plurality of pixel structures. Each pixel structure includes a shielding electrode connected to a common potential, an active device located between the shielding electrode and the first substrate, and a pixel electrode electrically connected to the active device. The dielectric layer covers the pixel structures. The rib structure is disposed on the active device array substrate and has openings. The active device and the pixel electrode of each pixel structure are located within one of the openings. The first fluid is configured between the dielectric layer and the opposite substrate. The second fluid is configured between the dielectric layer and the first fluid.

Abstract: An information display system, an information display method, and a processing device are disclosed. The system includes a plurality of light-transmissive displays and a plurality of processing devices connected and communicating with each other through gateways. A first processing device is selected from the processing devices according to position information of a user, and determines sight line information of the user according to the position information and posture information of the user. A second processing device different from the first processing device calculates a target coordinate of a target. The first processing device selects a third processing device from the processing devices according to the sight line information of the user. The third processing device determines display position information of a virtual object according to a user coordinate and the object coordinate, and controls one of the displays to display the virtual object according to the display position information.

Abstract: An augmented reality (AR) device including at least one optical module is provided. Each of the at least one optical module sequentially includes a transparent display, a first lens, a second lens, and a third lens from a display side to an eye side. The first lens has a negative refractive power. The second lens has a negative refractive power. The third lens has a positive refractive power. The number of lenses of the optical module having refractive powers is three, wherein the transparent display of the optical module is configured to emit a light beam, and the light beam sequentially passes through the first lens, the second lens, and the third lens to be incident into a user's eyes at the eye side, so that an AR virtual image on the display side is seen by the eyes.
