Abstract: A relay WTRU may establish a connection between a first and a second WTRU. The relay WTRU may include sending, to the second WTRU, a LMR message received from the first WTRU, the LMR message including a request for a release of the connection, and sending, to the first WTRU, a LMA message received from the second WTRU, where the LMA message includes an acceptance of the release of the connection, The relay WTRU may include sending, to the second WTRU, a link release request message received from the first WTRU including one or more new MSBs of a new KNRP ID and sending, to the first WTRU, a link release response message received from the second WTRU, the link release response message including one or more new LSBs of the new KNRP ID, where the new KNRP ID is formed by combining the new MSBs and the new LSBS.

Abstract: Method and apparatuses for low-latency transmission of sensor data are described herein. A method may comprise receiving, from one or more data producers, sensor data, where the sensor data from each of the one or more data producers is identified with a respective Unique Data Identifier (UDI) and a corresponding Quality of Service (QOS) Flow Identifier (QFI). The method may include creating an association between the respective UDI and the corresponding for the sensor data received from each of the one or more data producers based on a received mapping configuration or in-band signaling, and transmitting the sensor data from each of the one or more data producers to a second WTRU according to the created association between the respective UDI and corresponding QFI.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing non-voice emergency services (NOVES) between a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and a public safety answering point (PSAP) is disclosed. A NOVES session may be initiated by sending a NOVES initiation request message that includes information relating to the NOVES capabilities of the WTRU, and information relating to an emergency situation. The information relating to the NOVES capabilities of the WTRU may include an indication of whether the WTRU supports a fake power-off mode, or whether the WTRU supports PSAP control. Other methods are disclosed that include a method for a PSAP combining a multiple NOVES sessions, and a method for handing over a NOVES session having multiple media streams.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for providing information to a network are disclosed. An eNodeB (eNB) may receive pattern information relating to connection state management behavior of a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU). The eNB may receive this information over S1 signaling when a connection is established. The eNB may determine a time factor for connection state management, wherein the time factor may be based on the received information. The determine time factor may be used to adjust connection states of the WTRU.

Abstract: A method implemented in a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit, WTRU, for selecting a local network for the WTRU to join includes storing steering of roaming, SoR, information for a plurality of local service hosting networks, wherein the SoR information includes an indication of a priority order in a list of network identifiers, switching to an access mode for network searching, searching for a local service hosting network to join from among the plurality of local service hosting networks, and selecting a local service hosting network to join based on the indication of the priority order in the list of network identifiers. The method may further include updating the SoR information during any one or more of a periodic procedure or a mobility registration procedure.
