    Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate, a display region arranged with a pixel including a light emitting element above the first substrate, a first inorganic insulating layer covering the display region, an organic insulating layer arranged above the first inorganic insulating layer, a second inorganic insulating layer arranged above the organic insulating layer and having a N—H bond total weight measured by an FT-IR method lower than a N—H bond total weight per unit [% area] of the first inorganic insulating layer, and a polarizing plate arranged above the second inorganic insulating layer.

    Abstract: An organic EL display device includes a thin film transistor substrate that has a circuit layer, a passivation layer, a lower electrode formed in each pixel in a display region, an organic material layer that is in contact with the lower electrode, an upper electrode that covers the organic material layer, and a sealing layer that entirely covers the base material. The thin film transistor substrate has the display region, and a moisture blocking region that surrounds the display region. On the moisture blocking region, the circuit layer, the passivation layer, the moisture blocking layer, and the sealing layer are laminated in this order. A composition of the moisture blocking layer is different from a composition of the sealing layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes a light-emitting element layer that emits light with a luminance controlled for each of a plurality of unit pixels constituting an image, and a sealing layer provided on the light-emitting element layer and including a plurality of layers. The plurality of layers of the sealing layer includes at least an inorganic layer provided on the light-emitting element layer, an organic layer provided on the inorganic layer, and an inorganic layer that is an uppermost layer. A density of the inorganic layer that is the uppermost layer in a thickness direction changes in the thickness direction.

    Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate, a plurality of pixels on the substrate, a first inorganic insulating layer that covers the plurality of pixels, a conductive layer on the first inorganic insulating layer, and a second inorganic insulating layer that on the conductive layer, the conductive layer being between the first inorganic insulating layer and the second inorganic insulating layer, wherein the first inorganic insulating layer includes an area that is in direct contact with the second inorganic insulating layer, and all of the conductive layer is covered with the first inorganic insulating layer and the second inorganic insulating layer.
