    Abstract: A building management system includes one or more data sources that provide utilization data describing an actual utilization of one or more spaces and a utilization circuit. The utilization circuit is configured to, for each space of the one or more spaces, calculate a utilization attribute of the space based on the utilization data describing the actual utilization of the space, and retrieve, from a space profile for the space, a utilization target corresponding to the utilization attribute. At least two of the plurality of space profiles are associated with a different type of space that serves a different function and define the target utilization of the space. The utilization circuit is further configured to generate a normalized utilization metric for the space by normalizing the utilization attribute relative to the utilization target and generate and provide a utilization recommendation for the space based on the normalized utilization metric.

The controller is also configured to select the space use case profile and control at least some of the first group of devices in accordance with the space use case profile to execute a space use case that accomplishes at least the part of the job associated with the job profile.

Each of the plurality of devices serves one or more spaces. The building management system also includes a control engine configured to, for each space, associate the space with a first group of the plurality of devices. The first group includes multiple devices that serve the space and that operate across the multiple building equipment domains. The control engine is further configured to select a space profile from a plurality of space profiles. At least two of the space profiles are associated with a different type of space serving a different function, and at least two of the space profiles include settings for the multiple devices of the first group. The control engine is also configured to distribute the settings defined by the selected space profile to the multiple devices of the first group.

    Abstract: A controller for a space controls a plurality of devices, where each device is associated with one of a plurality of different building domains. A user device is configured to display a user interface for monitoring and controlling the building equipment and the one or more spaces. The building management system further includes a controller. The controller is configured to determine a role of a user to which the user interface will be displayed, a type of the user device on which the user interface will be displayed, and a type of equipment or space to be monitored and controlled via the user interface. The controller is further configured to select the user interface from a plurality of user interfaces, each user interface corresponding to a different combination of user role, user device type, and equipment type or space type. The controller is further configured to provide the selected user interface to the user device.
