摘要: Systems and techniques are described for providing control of a monitoring system. In some implementations, a monitoring device is located in a building and is configured to monitor at least a portion of the building based on output from one or more sensors. A monitoring server is located remote from the building and is configured to communicate with the monitoring device. The monitoring server may be configured to translate one or more parameters received from a client device into an interpreted monitoring script and a trigger that causes performance of the interpreted monitoring script. The monitoring device may include an interpreter configured to determine that the trigger has been met and initiate performance of the interpreted monitoring script to evaluate a monitoring rule in accordance with one or more configurable parameters.

摘要: One embodiment of the present disclosure is a system. The system includes one or more memory devices having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include: obtaining first data indicating operating parameters of a server of a building management system (BMS), obtaining second data regarding indicating operating parameters of at least one of a supervisory controller or a field controller of the BMS, obtaining third data regarding indicating operating parameters of one or more edge building devices, and calculating a performance index value for the BMS based on an aggregate of the first data, the second data, and the third data.

摘要: A building management system includes a communications bus, and devices coupled to the communications bus. The devices are coupled to the communications bus and configured to communicate on the communications bus using a master-slave token passing protocol. A first one of the devices has an active node table stored therein. The active node table includes multiple nodes. Each node represents one of the devices participating in a token passing ring used to exchange information among the devices via the communications bus using the master-slave token passing protocol. The first device is configured to monitor the active node table for new nodes and to identify a new device communicating on the communications bus in response to a determination that the active node table includes a new node.

摘要: A building system including one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to ingest information comprising at least one of occupancy information or energy usage information associated with a building. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to generate a space usage recommendation based on the information. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a graphical model of the building to include a representation of the information and the space usage recommendation. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model within a user interface.

摘要: A method for visualizing and managing entities and connections between entities based on a graphical user interface (GUI) node editor includes constructing an entity datablock, wherein the entity datablock is a data structure describing an entity and comprises entity descriptive information, an entity category, an entity name, entity relationships, and an entity identifier. The method includes establishing the entity relationships as bi-directional relationships, wherein the bi-directional relationships link two disparate entities. The method further includes representing the entity datablock as a node and the bi-directional relationships as lines connecting two nodes, wherein the node comprises at least one of the entity descriptive information, the entity category, or the entity name.

摘要: A process for retrieving configuration information for a controller of a building automation system (BAS) includes verifying login information on a mobile computing device to ensure the mobile computing device has authority to access a wiring diagram. Then, a mobile computing device receives identity information associated with the controller via Near Field Communication (NFC) read operations from memory of an NFC tag associated with the controller and retrieves, using the identity information, the wiring diagram from a storage medium. The mobile computing device further displays the retrieved wiring diagram associated with the controller.
