The backlight unit includes a bottom cover opened upwardly, a reflective sheet disposed in the inner surface of the bottom cover; a plurality of lamps arranged at a fixed interval on the reflective sheet; an auxiliary light source disposed at the outer side surface of the bottom cover; and a light guide member, opposite to the emitting surface of the auxiliary light source, configured to guide light emitted from the auxiliary light source to the lamps through first and second penetration holes formed on one of the side walls of the bottom cover and the reflective sheet.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a liquid crystal device to which a line on glass structure and a cascade structure are both applied, and a manufacturing method thereof. The liquid crystal device includes: a liquid crystal panel including a plurality of pixels defined by gate lines and data lines that cross each other, wherein a first group of signal lines is formed on the liquid crystal panel in an on-glass-configuration; a plurality of tape carrier packages mounted with source drivers that provide data signals through the data lines to the liquid crystal panel and mounted on the liquid crystal panel in a cascade structure, wherein a second group of signal lines connected to the first group of signal lines is formed thereon; and a printed circuit board combined directly with only one of the plurality of tape carrier packages so as to supply a plurality of driving signals and control signals to the liquid crystal panel.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device and a method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device having a pad including a first pad portion, a second pad portion, and a bent pad portion, the first pad portion being misaligned with the second pad portion, for making a uniform contact area and for maintaining a uniform output voltage even when misalignment occurs due to heat expansion are disclosed. The liquid crystal display device comprises a first substrate including a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, and at least a pad contacting one of the gate lines and the data lines. A second substrate is positioned adjacent to the first substrate and includes a color filter layer, and a liquid crystal material layer formed between the first and second substrates. The pad includes a first pad portion and a second pad portion such that the first and second portions are misaligned with each other.
