Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial ncRNA expression library and a method for preparing the same, and particularly the present invention relates to a library securing the stability of the artificial ncRNA by cloning random fragmented DNA that whole genome DNA of E. coli is randomly fragmented to a middle of RNA scaffold having a double stem-loop and a method for preparing the same.
Abstract:
A nucleic acid molecule comprising a stem-loop structure, a nucleic acid complex comprising the nucleic acid molecule, a composition for delivering a target recognition sequence, and the composition comprising the nucleic acid complex. An artificial small ribonucleic acid of the stem-loop structure stably maintains single-strandedness of a target recognition sequence which interacts with a nucleic acid of interest for a gene of interest of a prokaryote, thereby providing a nucleic acid complex for effective silencing of the gene of interest.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antibody being capable of binding specifically to BC200 RNA or its antigen binding fragment, a polynucleotide of encoding the antibody or its antigen binding fragment, a composition, kit and method for detecting BC200 RNA in a sample using the antibody or its antigen binding fragment, and a composition for diagnosis, prevention or treatment of BC200 RNA-associated diseases including the antibody or its antigen binding fragment.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cell coating method using a compound including a gallate group, and a lanthanoid metal salt or transition metal salt. According to the cell coating method of the present invention, a cell having a surface coated with a nanoshell prepared by this method is stably protected from external environmental stimulus such as light irradiation, and silver nanoparticles, and the coating is degraded as necessary without damaging the cell.
