摘要: A process for efficient separation/recovery of copper involving selective extraction of the copper ion with the aid of an organic extractant from an aqueous chloride solution containing copper and one or more concomitant elements, discharged from an extractive metallurgy of non-ferrous metals or the like, and subsequent stripping. The process of solvent extraction of copper which treats an aqueous chloride solution containing copper and one or more concomitant elements to separate/recover copper, comprising the first step for selective extraction of copper from the aqueous chloride solution by mixing the solution with an extractant of organic solvent composed of tributyl phosphate as the major component after adjusting the solution at an oxidation-reduction potential of 0 to 350 mV (based on an Ag/AgCl electrode), and the second step for stripping of copper by mixing the extractant in which copper is stripped with an aqueous solution.

摘要: The present invention provides a nickel refining method which uses nickel sulfide produced from nickel oxide ore using a hydrometallurgical process, as the raw material, and in which chlorine leaching is performed using a chloride solution, wherein a cementation reaction is caused between the nickel sulfide and copper ions, using copper ions, preferably included in the leaching solution itself, and a portion of the nickel in the nickel sulfide is leached into the solution, and the remaining nickel and copper are left as a residue, and copper and nickel are chlorine leached from this residue, and wherein the cementation reaction is performed with an oxidation-reduction potential as measured by a silver-silver chloride electrode of below −20 mV, preferably below −100 mV.

摘要: A method of recovering antimony and bismuth from copper electrolyte comprises the steps of immersing a pure copper material in the copper electrolyte, so that the iron ions are reduced from Fe.sup.3+ ions to Fe.sup.2+ ions, using a mixture of dilute sulfuric acid and sodium chloride adjusting the acidity or acidic concentration, to selectively elute the bismuth and antimony wherein if the final concentration of bismuth is adjusted to be 0.02 g/l or less in the bismuth election, it is possible to keep the maximum concentration of bismuth in the antimony eluate in the elution of antimony after selective bismuth elution to 0.01 g/l or less.

摘要: In order to protect a brushless motor, heat generated at a switching device, in response to an abnormality, activates a protection device. The protection device includes a connecting line communicating between a source supply line and the switching device. The protection device is provided near the switching device such that it can sense heat at the switching device with a high degree of sensitivity. Thus, when excessive heat is generated at the switching device, the protection device reaches a specific temperature, whereby the source supply line becomes cut off from the switching device, thereby immediately stopping the operation of the brushless motor.

摘要: A pulse width of a drive pulse of a brushless motor is modulated in correspondence to a setting signal for setting the rotation rate. Switching control for the current supplied to exciting coils is implemented by using an output signal from Hall elements for detecting the position of the rotor and the drive pulse. Correction of the pulse width of the drive pulse is implemented to ensure that the average voltage is maintained at a constant level even when the source voltage fluctuates so that stable rotation can be maintained over the entire rotation rate range even when the source voltage supplied to the brushless motor fluctuates and so that the fuse can be prevented from melting and the motor can be prevented from becoming damaged, which may otherwise be caused by a fluctuating source voltage.
