Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for desulfurization and denitrification integrated treatment and recycling of flue gas by using red mud, and belongs to the recycling and environmental protection technology field. The system includes a desulfurization spray tower, an ozone generator, a denitration spray tower, a slurry mixing tank, a slurry storage tank, a vacuum filter, an ammonia water neutralization tank, an aluminum hydroxide precipitation tank, an ammonia water tank, an aluminum hydroxide storage tank, a filter press, an ammonia distillation tower, a dephlegmator, a cooler, a concentrated ammonia water storage tank, a gypsum precipitation tank, and an anaerobic biochemical pool. In the present invention, red mud slurry is used for desulfurization and denitrification treatment of flue gas to remove SO2 and NO in the flue gas, so that SO2 and NO in the flue gas reach an emission standard.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of the resource treatment of industrial wastes, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a cementing material using smelting industrial waste slag after utilizing the simultaneous removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas and an application of the cementing material obtained by the same. According to the invention, SO2 and NOx in the flue gas can be treated with the smelting industrial waste slag, meeting requirement of flue gas desulfurization and denitration; moreover, the smelting industrial waste slag can be purified and separated by means of waste gas resources to obtain a cementing material, realizing the resource utilization of the smelting industrial waste slag and waste gas.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system of recovering elemental sulfur and regenerating the catalyst for a sulfur-deposited catalyst, including immersing the sulfur-deposited catalyst in the ammonium sulfide solution, the leaching reaction under normal pressure and temperature, replacing the ammonium sulfide solution and immersing again for extraction for the same time; collecting the leachate of the two steps, conducting gas stripping of the elemental sulfur by adopting the high-temperature nitrogen gas, condensing the tail gas of gas stripping, subjecting to a purification treatment and then discharging, with the liquor condensate being the ammonium sulfide solution. Finally, the solid in the leachate is filtered, washed and dried after the gas stripping to obtain the elemental sulfur; and the washing and drying of catalysts that has been subjected to the two times of immersion and extraction obtain the regenerated catalysts.

Abstract: A method for production of ammonium phosphate from phosphate rock slurry. The method includes: introducing flue gas containing SO2 into a phosphate rock slurry, to yield an absorption solution; evaporating waste ammonia water containing 10-20 wt. % ammonia to yield ammonia gas; introducing the ammonia gas into the absorption solution at a temperature of 110-135° C. until a neutralization degree of the absorption solution reaches 1.5-1.6, thus yielding an ammonium phosphate solution and calcium sulfate; separating the calcium sulfate from the ammonium phosphate solution; and introducing the ammonium phosphate solution to a granulator for granulation to yield ammonium phosphate granules; drying and sieving the ammonium phosphate granules, thereby yielding ammonium phosphate.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing iron ore concentrates by recycling copper smelting slag tailings, and belongs to the technical field of metallurgy and tailings recycling. In the present invention, copper slag tailings obtained after copper pyrometallurgy and flotation and water are used as raw materials, and low-concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas is used as a leaching agent for leaching of metals such as iron, zinc, copper, arsenic, and silicon in the slag tailings; the leachate is purified step by step through processes such as replacement by metal iron powder and sulfide precipitation control, to separate zinc, copper, arsenic, etc.; a purified solution is mainly composed of FeSO4 or can be used for producing a ferric salt flocculant; obtained tailings are used to obtain iron ore concentrates through magnetic separation, and the obtained iron ore concentrates can be used for further producing ultra-pure iron ore concentrates.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for aluminum-enhanced dealkalization of red mud and separation and recovery of aluminum and iron. The method includes: dissolving red mud in water, introducing excessive SO2, introducing O2 for aeration, and refluxing part of alkaline leachate after filtering; when pH of a red mud mixture decreases to below 3, washing and filtering the red mud mixture, adding NaOH to acidic leachate to adjust its pH to a strongly alkaline level, aging and filtering the leachate, treating filter residue to recover Fe2O3, and refluxing part of alkaline leachate after filtering to the red mud mixture; and adjusting pH of the remaining alkaline leachate after filtering to a weakly acidic level, and conducting filtering to recover aluminum.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for wet removal of sulfur dioxide by silicate bacteria-enhanced pulp. Abstract: The present invention discloses a gas-solid separating method and a gas-solid separating system for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust. The gas-solid separating method for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust comprises the following steps: first, cooling sulphur-containing exhaust at an extremely high speed; then, separating dust; finally, recycling a heavy liquid phase solvent and simple substance sulphur; according to the method disclosed by the present invention, the separating efficiency of the simple substance sulphur is up to 90 percent or above; moreover, the exhaust is further purified, and an environment pollution accident is avoided; in a separating process of the simple substance sulphur, the heavy liquid phase solvent of the simple substance sulphur evaporates to form a gas phase solvent which can be recycled as the liquid phase solvent for reusing through cooling, so that the sulphur removing cost is reduced. The system comprises a quick cooling system, a low-temperature washing and purifying system, a light liquid phase and heavy liquid phase separating system, a washing liquid recycling system and a simple substance sulphur recycling system. The system disclosed by the present invention has the advantages of stability and high efficiency in sulphur-containing exhaust treatment, high simple substance sulphur separating efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection.
